One of the most captivating features of the TOD10N is the "Tree of Death" fingerboard inlay design. This intricate detail is a creative reinterpretation of the iconic Ibanez "Tree of Life" inlay, adding a unique twist that reflects Henson's distinctive style. The guitar's Nyatoh neck is a key contributor to its rich mid-low end sound, while the Walnut fretboard ensures a well-balanced tonal character from low to high end. The top of the guitar is made from Solid Sitka Spruce, providing an expansive frequency range that delivers shimmering highs, tight mids, and a full-bodied low end. The TOD10N's Sapele back and sides contribute to a full-bodied and warm mid-range, as well as a bright tone. This guitar is equipped with a Fishman Sonicore pickup, ensuring accurate translation of the full guitar sound to any amplification system. The Ibanez AEQ210TF preamp with an onboard tuner adds an extra punch of on-board EQ, while the Walnut bridge transfers string vibration directly to the body, delivering a natural and warm tone. The modified FR hollow body with fan bracing and a side sound port enhances the guitar's playability and sound quality. The thin, compact body and superior high fret access reduce feedback, while the fan bracing allows for a warm and natural nylon string sound. The side sound port allows the player to experience the pure acoustic tone of the guitar more directly and clearly. The TOD10N also features a narrow 46mm width nut and 400mmR fretboard radius for easy fingering.
