Small and portable, but it's just not a NC-e3. Good for travel but not for home base use.

I saw there were a few negative reviews on this charger, but I decided to give it a try anyway. The unit I got has worked flawlessly and has charged my camera's battery completely each time I've used it. To me, this has been well worth the price which is 1/3rd of the OEM charger!

recently bought an EOS 1D Mk II N, no charger, and found this aftermarket one for little $$. Decided to take a chance on it since original Canon chargers for this camera are upwards of a couple hundred if new. so far, have had no problems charging the battery, seems to be pretty reliable and gives a full charge in about 2 hours

It came with a used 1D series camera I bought. At first I was expecting the Canon charger as the decreption included battery and charger. But I already have a Canon one, that handles two batteries at a time, and has added features, but this aftermarket one is nice to have also since it fits in my camera bag since it is much smaller then the Canon one.

Amazing Deal... Called my local camera shop for the Canon charger and was shocked at how much it was going to cost, almost more than the camera is worth.
