I bought two of these thinking that they would not last like a 'real' battery. These two just keep on going like the battery from Olympus. Two cameras and four batteries and have never been left without power. Found that self discharge is pretty much the same as Oly battery as well.

I used several(3) of these batteries as back up the original Olympus. Better to have spare than miss shot.

I have 4 Olympus E-520 bodies and 20 batteries. Two are factory batteries and the rest are not OEM batteries. Of the 18 non-OEM batteries, 14 of them are this very nice battery from Adorama. Only two of my batteries have had problems, none of them from the factory batteries or this battery from Adorama. They wear well, pack easily, charge quickly, and last a long time. What more can you ask for?

i recentlly added a second body that i found on an auction site. the problem was it didn't come with a battery so i was on the hunt. Both of my cameras take the same battery so i was looking for a backup as well when i found this one on the web site. i was pleased with the price but sceptical to say the least. I purchased 2 of them and can comfortably say i will be purchasing more. They are all they say they are and are almost equal to my OEM battery.

Not done a direct comparison for life of charge to the Oly BLM-1 (own 2), however, am very satisfied.

I use the battery as spares so I have them ready to use whenever I need them. I was in a photography class and my battery died and thankfully it was near the end of the class, but I realized I definitely needed spares... When I ordered them, the person I spoke with told me about your own batteries instead of the higher cost of the type I got with the camera, so I got 2 for the price of one and now have three ready to use. Thanks for the advise...

This battery performs well. Don't expect it to be as good as an Oly BLM-1.

If you have a compatible Olympus camera, a few of these in your bag is a good decision. It doesn't last as long as the original battery, but it does last for long enough, and it's meant for backup after all. Thanks Adorama!

I bought two of these and they are good batteries. They don't last quite a long as the OEM battery but they are very serviceable. At the price you can get two for the price of an OEM and have all the power you need. I took them on vacation and they worked great.
