myra L : is writing on back of photo paper?AUDREY J L : There is no writing per sé, but the word Canon is printed lightly on the back, maybe 5 or 6 times. Just make sure you're on a HARD surface and use a ball point pen, roller ball will smear!MARK P : I'm going to assume that you are asking the question: Is it OK to write on the back of this paper? Answer: I have not; but the thickness of this paper is such that it should be possible to write on the back of this paper. I would suggest avoiding ball point pens so that the impression will not affect the picture side of the paper. I would also suggest avoiding "sharpie" type pens because of a possibility of a chemical reaction. I would suggest a "pilot" type pen because almost no pressure is needed and there is very little ink deposited on the paper.WAYNE F : ........has multiple imprints of Canon on the backside of the paper. In addition, the backside is UNprintable on your inkjet printer. Great Photo Paper

Coupled with the Canon Pro 10 printer this paper makes exceptional prints. Strong colors, good contrast, gives your image extra snap. Definitely would use Canon paper again

Top notch paper!

I will only print on Canon paper. I shoot with a Canon camera on Canon glass, then print on a Canon Printer (Pixima Pro 100) with Canon Paper and the color consistency and vibrance is unparalleled. If you're making large prints, don't get cheap paper. Canon is top notch!
