JAMES B : What is the estimated durability and longevity of photographs printed on this paper, using Canon ink for the PIXMA Pro-1 printer?MATILDA C : I have had no problem with the pictures fading since I started using this paper.GEORGE M : I have a Pro 9000 MkII printer. I use Pro Platinum paper for the majority of 8x10 and 13x19 prints as I like the contrast and sharp colors. Most of my prints are nature (wildlife, flowers and a few landscapes). I have only made one print on the Photo Paper Plus Semi Gloss (a sun star through a tree) and thought it was way to soft. A reprint on Pro Platinum was a lot sharper. I was not satisfied with the first subject, but will experiment as I am sure to find a the right combination for that paper.TIMOTHY K : According to Canon ChromaLife 100+ lasts 100+ years & printed with Pro Platinum photo paper 200+ years.BRIAN N : Photo Paper Pro Platinum PT-101 approx. 200 years approx. in an album 50 years approx exposed to light Photo Paper Plus Glossy II PP-201 approx. 300 years approx. in an ablum 40 years approx exposed to lightDONALD C : I have not had the paper in service long enough to enable me to give an answer either way. Top notch paper!

I will only print on Canon paper. I shoot with a Canon camera on Canon glass, then print on a Canon Printer (Pixima Pro 100) with Canon Paper and the color consistency and vibrance is unparalleled. If you're making large prints, don't get cheap paper. Canon is top notch!
