This Extended Service Plan offers Break/Fix Coverage, backed by Canon's 60 years of industry leadership, to minimize unexpected downtime. It also provides prompt and convenient service options tailored to your product. These may include an Advanced Exchange program for immediate, comparable replacement units, or Canon On-Site Service with quality repairs performed by Canon-certified personnel using genuine Canon parts.

The eCarePAK becomes effective upon Canon's registration of your covered product, which can be purchased within the term of the CUSA Limited Warranty for the Covered Product or before any existing eCarePAK covering the Covered Product has expired.

Please note that the purchase of an eCarePAK is not a prerequisite for buying the Covered Product or for obtaining financing for it. Also, this service is not available in Puerto Rico.
