Upon purchasing the eCarePAK, you will receive a Certificate of Registration, identifying your covered product. This service plan can be purchased within the term of the CUSA Limited Warranty for the covered product or before any existing eCarePAK covering the product has expired. However, if the purchase is made after the warranty or any existing eCarePAK has expired, CUSA reserves the right to inspect the product, at your expense, and may refuse registration if the product does not meet the requirements for coverage under an eCarePAK.

The eCarePAK is an Extended Service Plan offered for a range of Canon products including imageCLASS, imageFORMULA, imagePROGRAF, WG Series, and FAXPHONE products. Canon's commitment to customer satisfaction and productivity enhancement is evident in the benefits offered by the eCarePAK. It provides break/fix coverage to minimize unexpected downtime, backed by Canon's 60 years of industry leadership.

Moreover, the eCarePAK offers prompt and convenient service options. Depending on your product, Canon provides either an Advanced Exchange program for immediate, comparable replacement units or Canon On-Site Service with quality repairs performed by Canon-certified personnel using genuine Canon parts, ensuring minimal downtime.

Please note that the eCarePAK is not available in Puerto Rico and the purchase of an eCarePAK is not required to purchase the covered product or to obtain financing for the covered product. If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions of the eCarePAK, you may cancel and obtain a refund in accordance with the section entitled "Ability to Cancel and Right to Refund".
