Depending on your product, Canon offers either an Advanced Exchange program for immediate, comparable replacement units or Canon On-Site Service. Please note, the eCarePAK is not available in Puerto Rico. If you decide to purchase an eCarePAK after the Limited Warranty has expired or after any existing eCarePAK on the Covered Product has expired, Canon reserves the right to inspect the Covered Product and may refuse to register your Covered Product if it does not meet Canon's requirements for coverage under an eCarePAK.
