As part of this package, Canon U.S.A., Inc. will replace the firmware of select imageFORMULA scanners with custom firmware designed to generate images that conform to the quality and performance guidelines defined for the FADGI Modern Textual Records category. During the on-site installation, a Canon service technician will install the firmware onto the Canon scanner and configure Canon CaptureOnTouch software.
