I am reasonably tech savvy. I work with Microsoft products daily. I've installed printers, set up routers, wireless networks, and PCs. I've had this for 6 weeks and finally got it to print a test page today. The installation instructions are complex and confusing. I haven't been able to copy or test the fax yet. I hope that I can get this to operate, but I would advise against buying this. Note that this is only a black and white printer. I didn't notice that.

The print quality is great. After all, it's a Canon printer. My only problem is that ,while not the biggest printer out there, it doesn't fit in the space I have for my printer. The print speed is great, I don't feel like I'm waiting forever for a page to print. It's easy to use, and the touchscreen is a good size, which made it easier for me to read. This is overall a great printer and would be best for someone who prints a lot. Just be sure to measure your space beforehand.

It's a decent basic printer. It only prints in black, no color. It was easy to set up and connect. It connected to all of our devices no problem. The print quality was clear p, no blurry lines. The only issue was that the touchscreen reacted kind of slow. It's great for a low volume of typed word documents.

This printer was very easy to set up for use on my Windows 11 laptop. I connect to it via USB, but you can also set it up for wireless printing. As I typically do with new technology, one of the first things I did was to update the firmware. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there was a recent update addressing a security issue. This tells me that Canon takes security seriously and is addressing issues as they arise. The quality of the printouts is excellent and jobs complete very quickly. The duplex feature for double sided printing is very efficient. The touch screen is not the best, as it is hard to press, and the menu is not well organized. However, my print needs are pretty basic, so I won't need to fumble through these advanced options much. The online documentation is clear and it is very easy to search for specific settings if you need them. Overall, this is a very high quality printer for home office use.

I've never had a laser printer and it's such great quality. Very high speed printing. Set up was easy; I'm moderately tech savvy, definitely not a pro. It looks great and sleek on my desk. I love the touch screen.

It's small and compact printer, very useful and convenient for a small office at home. It's a laser printer so the print quality is high. With wireless connection is very easy to setup for my desktop and also from my iPhone. Touchscreen interface helps you to set up the printer easy and very convenient. This thing is pretty big and much heavier than I expected so for whatever reason that makes me feel like it's good quality. It took about 10 minutes to unpack/remove packing material and go through the initial set up process- but the manual in my opinion doesn't do a good job explaining what all the different prompts mean. For example it talks about remote UI and gives a one sentence explanation BUT doesn't explain "what it looks like" if you use it versus not using it. I guess it's not the worst directions I've ever seen but it annoyed me. The print quality is on point though. Overall I would recommend, I'm just complaining because I don't like setting up printers in general.

I was very excited to get this! It is small enough to fit in my small home office. It only prints in black and white, which isn't ideal but will be good enough for school work.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this laser printer. I've only ever had ink printers at my home but have been really impressed with this Canon model. It prints black & white pages extremely fast and the detail is very crisp. The unit doesn't take up anymore space than my old printer but I do feel the image quality is far better. I would not have considered a laser printer for home use before being able to try this one! I did receive this product at no cost from Canon and Influenster in exchange for my honest review.

This is an incentivized review. I received the Canon LBP247dw printer free from Influenster and Canon in exchange for my honest review. Out of the box, the printer was ready for setup with toner ink inside. After removing the plastic tabs and adding some paper, I plugged it in. The setup was straightforward and I had no issues with setting it up and printing from my computer right away. There is a remote key password to setup for security which is optional or you can use the default password. The printed pages are clear and clean and printed quickly. There is no option for color making this printer ideal for small business owners. I would recommend this printer for those who need to print high volumes of black and white pages quickly and efficiently.

My family has used Canon products for years because they are a brand I trust to use quality materials and has great customer service. Canon Image Class LBP 247  dw Wireless Laser Printer is no exception. It appears to be well made ,strong and durable. It is just perfect  for your small business office where you are making a lot of  black and white copies.. It was easy to set up with the written instructions and a disc. It is very fast as it can print up to 42 pages a minute and can print two sided copies (saving paper and time) It easily connect to WIFI and works well with Windows 10 and 11. Recommend this Laser printer and all Canon products to family and friends

The Canon Image Class wireless laser printer is just what we needed for our home-based business. It is the perfect size for a home office or any small office, as it is not any larger than a regular sized printer. The speed and output is also much better and faster than our previous inkjet printer. The 5" touchscreen was nice and large and easy to use. We were very happy to find the printer already pre-loaded with a toner cartridge, so all we had to do was set up the printer and it was ready to go. The only negative about this printer is it doesn't have a flat bed so you cannot copy certain things like the page of a book or print photos. It is also only black and white, without a color toner option. Otherwise, it's compact, affordable, fast and efficient. A great addition to our home office space!

So I'm in the midst of remodeling my home office and this printer came in right on time. I wasn't too difficult to semi assemble and get up and running. The apps are user friendly and simple to get started!!!! This will be great for my small business.

Not a fan of this canon printer. The wireless connection drops constantly. The print quality sucks. The only thing is the touchscreen is easy to use. It has absolutely no mobile compatibility and duplex printing is a waste of time. I will stick to epson for sure.

This printer is great for home or office or home office. It is not much bigger than a personal printer so if u have small office space it works great. It doesn't have a color option but most offices use black and white anyway . This printer is super fast and quiet. Definitely worth the price and does the same thing most office printers do without taking up the space of a huge machine.

I thought this printer was super easy to set up and very much appreciated the fact that it came with a toner cartridge already loaded that promises me up to 3000 pages. It prints fast and really is perfect for a student like I have in my house or a small business. The touch screen is very user-friendly and the printer itself is compact enough to fit in tight spots. The setup of this printer was definitely challenging - the included instructions were less than clear. I was able to look the missing information up online, but I imagine more impatient users might get frustrated. I was able to connect the printer to our wifi and print wirelessly from both our MacBooks and cell phones easily (after downloading compatible apps to print from phone). Downloading the print drivers and connecting to the printer was a piece of cake! The print quality is great and it quickly prints pages with little warmup time from idle. We were able to print several pages and they each came out quickly, with great quality. Because this printer only prints in black and white and does not print photos, this printer may be better suited to small businesses instead of home use. I have not yet connected to Canon's optional service to monitor and auto-ship ink cartridges, but I appreciate having the functionality.

It was super easy to set up. Perfect for my home office. I don't print a lot but do need to print occasionally and this suites my office needs. Would highly recommend for anyone who works from home. Very user friendly and great quality of prints.

I tried the Canon LBP247dw Wireless Laser Printer. This printer is perfect if you are not technologically advanced. I had it set up in less than 10 minutes! It is very sleek and modern-looking and prints quickly and effortlessly. This printer is also Bluetooth capable, so I can print from any device, which makes life easy! I 100% recommend!
