Bought this camera some time back and have used it extensively. It produces absolutely gorgeous photographs. My only complaint is its weight and inconvenience to have available.

I really like the Canon 80D with the 18-135mm lens. This is my second one and I plan to keep it for a long time. The camera is easy to use and configure the way I want it to function. This is the fourth one in the XXD series (up to the 80 that I have owned. I also own the new 90D with the same lens and I am still working to be comfortable with it because of the many changes that have been made to the workings of the camera and its menu system.

This is an excellent camera for those of us that have a need for a good camera but don't want to go full frame. I photograph for a local magazine and this camera works great. I liked it so mcuh I bought a second one used from Adorama for a planned trip to South Africas this fall. The trip was cancelled but I got a great back up camera.

This package included most of what I needed to get started. It arrived quickly, and was at a favorable price. The camera and lens were easily registered with Canon. They are genuine US models -not gray market. The camera works flawlessly and I am learning more each day about making it take great shots. The tripod and remote shutter switch are wonderful additions.

I was using a 7D for years and just was not happy with the quality of the clarity, so I finally pulled the trigger and switched to the 80D. It was the best choice I ever made. The quality of the images is amazing. Crisp. Clean. The colors are amazing and it is extreamly lightweight. I wish I made this choice sooner!

I love my camera. Just one problem, the price is not a sale price. That's the actual price no matter where you go to purchase it. I paid $899 for the exact same item at bestbuy.

I was on the fence between the 77D or 80D. I went with the 80D and am very happy with the purchase. I have had the chance to use it many times and once I figured out how to properly set everything up, I have no complaints. Great photos so far, and i look forward to adding some nicer glass for it soon!

I have been a Canon fan since high school days too many years ago. I replaced my T5i with this camera and could not have been happier. I have owned and used this camera for over a year taking it on many trips to photograph nature, mainly wild birds. I have never been disappointed with any of the pictures I have shot with this camera. Auto focus is fast and perfect all the time. I hardly ever shoot in the auto or "P" mode but usally set my ISO and shutter speed depending on the cirucumstances and have always had great pictures. The touch screen for changing settings rapidly is great and the ability to check and change settings by looking at the screen on the top right of the camera while shooting is fantastic. Over all this is the best camera I have owned.

I received the Canon EOS 80D and was excited to use it, however the lens would not focus, either auto-focus or manual focus. I already owned a Rebel T4i, so I tested the lens on that and it still didn't work. I then used my T4i lens on the 80D and had no problems. I had to send the lens into Canon service (calling first to get RMA and then they wanted to charge me for the repair ($130). Once I gave them my original order number, that was resolved. It took an extra week to get the repaired lens. It was lucky that I had another camera and lens to test because I wouldn't have known if this were a camera or lens issue. All in all, I think it it was worth the extra effort. But, I would ask Canon to fully test the full product (camera, lens and accessories) before sending them out.

As an amateur photographer that loves to take pictures I wanted a camera that was capable of capturing everything that I wanted to remember in a quick way. I love my pictures to look sharp with the best detail. This camera was exactly what I was looking for. It is very easy to use and the touchscreen is a nice option. Often times I forget that I have it. It's bulky but in a good way. The lens that came with it also provides a wide range of camera angles and different prospective views. I'm so happy that I made this purchase. This is my third Canon camera and I highly recommend it to everyone.

I bought this camera and had it for a month before my house was broken into and was stolen and alot of my other gear was taken and that was 6 months ago if I could afford I would buy it again I wish that Amazon or someone has some kind of theft protection I know there's home owners insurance but I don't own a home I missed out on alot of paying jobs and had to cancel Job's because of this set back but one day I will save up some money and probably buy it again until then I am stuck with my canon T3i for my short films I upgraded because I was getting paid jobs.
