Shopper : will it work with the MX892?CHARLES A B : The Canon BU-30 Bluetooth Adapter, is shown to be capable for use on a Canon MX892 All in One Printer. I have not used it on my MX892, but do use it on the PIXMA iP100. The Canon Website shows that the BU-30 is in fact compatible with the MX892. Hope this helps in your decision.

Connects To Phones ONLY

I bought this adapter because I thought it would allow my printer to connect to my computer wirelessly, but it turns out that it doesn't connect to computers, and ONLY to phones. If your purpose for buying this is so you can print photos from your phone wirelessly, then this is a great product. But for those who want to print photos from their computers wirelessly, I wouldn't recommend this product.
