Good company, good products
Canon is a good business. I appreciate that it continues to support my printer (provides cartridges and software which I've had for a long time (and it STILL works great). I have no trouble with my orders.

Very efficient
Quick and cost effective-price was better than Walmart plus, Walmart did not have it in stock and it would have taken 3 weeks to get if ordered through Walmart

Cartridge works well
Aside from the cost of ink cartridges, I get really great prints from my printer using these. The quality is much better when using a manufacturer brand cartridge.

Very happy with your products
I love my PIXMA printer/scanner! It's been working great for ten years now. My computer has crashed a couple of times, but I was easily able to get my printer up and running again because Canon still has the drivers and MP Navigator software and knowledge base available on its website, which I greatly appreciate. We had purchased a Samsung printer/scanner also and it only lasted a few years (so we replaced it with another Canon. In comparison with Canon, Samsung discontinued its software for the printer shortly after we purchased it, so we had to download a replacement program which had lots of bugs. Long story short, our experience with Samsung printers was terrible in comparison to our experience with Canon. Buying the replacement cartridges from Canon is also very easy and the price is as good as at other retailers.

Bad business practices
I would give you no stars if that were possible choice. You sent the wrong cartridges. The boxes and the cartridges have the same product number as my old cartridges. But because I opened the boxes, you will not give me my money back. How was I supposed to that the cartridges were a different size until I opened the box! I find if hard to believe that repackaging to ink cartridges is going to bankrupt Canon.

It's much more convenient to order online from Canon than to run to the store to get my ink. I have no issues with this ink.

Great Deal
The price was excellent lot cheaper then the stores and I can buy just the colors I want.It did take a while to receive it .Wish shipping was a little faster.I would recommend buying from here
