So far the Canon Pixma TS6420 has been very effective for our use as a home printer. However, It has been very difficult to obtain the ink cartridges for it. Still waiting after month of being on back order for the 260 black cartridge and the 261 color cartridges. Haven't been able to printer for a month.

I have not yet used these particular ink cartridges but I have used MANY canon ink cartridges in the past and have never had one displease me.

For ink that was just delivered mid-April, it doesn't last very long.  Today is April 30th and I am already getting "low ink" message.

The said cartridge did not fit my Canon Printer. Hence, an RMA # is requested to return the CL-261 XL Color Cartridge....Please respond....Thanks.

Didn’t fit my Canon Printer

Your software steered me to a cartridge that did not fit my printer.  You refused to take it back.  Guess what?  The trashman took the printer away on Friday.  Never again, Cannon!
