You have raised the prices on the cartridges to a point where they have become to expensive to buy. I have had the printer for 6 years and it still has performed beautifully but I can't afford the ink anymore. I could buy the ''Will fit" generic cartridges at a possible danger to my Canon PIXMA MX922 printer. But you have made it so I will have to buy the cheaper cartridges.

Never got the ink. After two weeks I had to call only to find out it was "out of stock", even though they still list it on the website.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! THE XXL WAS OUT OF STOCK EVEN THOUGH IT SAID IT WAS IN STOCK. SO CANON SENT ME 2 XL TANKS FOR MORE MONEY. IT TOOK ALMOST 14 DAYS TO RECEIVE THEM. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. COULDN'T EVEN CORRECT MY ADDRESS TO SHOW THE CORRECT APARTMENT NUMBER. WON'T BE ORDERING FROM CANON AGAIN.

Canon makes good printing products. I am happy with my printers from Canon and their ink cartridges. They are expensive, but they work well.

I like the XXL Pigment Black Ink Tank because the Ink lasts so much longer than the smaller sizes.

I love the xxl size so I just need to change once every six months or so. Canon online shop is the only place I can find them. The ink comes out sharp and dark. Perfect for all my printing needs.

the ink is fine. no problem. the problem is the amount of various card stocks they make you order with it under the fact that is free card stock. I don't use it i just throw it out. seems like a tax game there playing with inventory? who knows who cares. just send the ink only please... quit insisting we also take the card stock.

2 or 3 day service which is good, even if its sent snail mail. Very expensive, more than you pay at local retail stores. I recommend a good refill kit. It's faster and much cheaper.
