I received the your CLI-271 Black, Cyan, Magenta & Yellow 4 Ink Pack in a timely manner. It was packaged well. I installed the new cartridges and everything is working fine.

Upon removing the protective covering of the cartridges and prior to inserting them into the printer, there was some leakage onto my fingers and the table holding the printer. I expect this will result in reduced output.

Prefer to order directly from Canon because I know the quality of the product I am receiving. Pricing is within pennies of Amazon so why would I risk not getting the same quality I get directly from the manufacturer!

The printing is lovely, just wish the cartridges didn't have to cost so much! Shipping took a long while, the PO is not reliable, UPS is way better! Luckily, I did finally get them! :

It was a straight forward experience, the order was shipped and received promptly. My only issue was that I also need a GY cartridge and it doesn't seem to be available. Every time I tried to order it, I got black instead of grey.

Don't like that the ink amounts in each container is not listed anywhere on Canon website, making comparisons of their respective value impossible to judge. Simply saying XL without the actual numbers is just not good enough

Speed of delivery was good. My only complaint was that this set is missing one of the colors my printer uses, tan I think. So make sure all the colors you need are in the set. I'll have to buy that color separately this time, and hope I remember my mistake next time. Does it really have to be this hard?

I have only used Canon Inks in my printer since new. I mainly use mail order as the XL cartridges I prefer are sometimes not available in stores. I like the free shipping and sometimes I get free Paper with my order. No free paper this time. And I mistakenly ordered regular cartridges instead of XL, but I will be more careful in my ordering next time.

I haven't used this order of ink yet, but I've been purchasing this ink since I bought this printer. My only complaint is that it runs out EXTREMELY fast!!!... and it is VERY expensive. This causes us not to want to print much, which defeats the purpose of buying this printer.

This product is hard to find in stores. It is great to be able to buy it from Canon and at the same price as the store. In the stores, one must buy all four toners to get the single black one.
