Shopper : Is it difficult to replace the cartridge...would an inkjet be an easier alternative? My mother, who will be using the faxphone, needs something simple. Thanks for any suggestions.ROY M : The cartridge is very simple and easy to replace. It just takes a second to pull out the old cartridge and push in a new one,WILLIAM G : I use this cartridge in a copier/scanner and find it very easy to replace after you have done it once. It gives far more copies (and should be much more economical) than inkjet cartridges.MARSHALL L : easy to replace the cartridge... I can't say whether the inkjet would be easier... you are welcome. mFRANCISCO S : For replace the cartridge you only need to elevate the cover and open a door. We are using it in an office environment and none of the users had any complaints... Hope this helps...

Have not had a problem with any of the cartridges I have bought from Adorama. SabraZOLTAN R : Received it brand new in factory original packaging.DONNA R : Please remove the answer I gave on Adorama's Canon 104. It was Vivamart that was the vendor with whom I was not satisfied. Sorry!DONNA R : I'm assuming you intended to ask whether the cartridge is new. I ordered one of these from Adorama and suspect it was not new. It printed significantly fewer pages than other cartridges I ordered in the past from other vendors. Moreover, since we used the Adorama cartridge, our printer does not do duplex printing consistently well, i.e., the toner on the backside often does not fuse completely to the sheet (it smudges off in areas). After I wrote negative feedback, Amazon promptly refunded my money and both Amazon and Adorama asked me to retract the negative feedback. Hope this helps.A-1 USED P : YES IT IS NEW. I intended to get a toner cartridge for my MF743Cdw laser printer -- but ordered the wrong one. I finally got the right one, but, now am stuck with this product that I opened but was unable to install...and frustrated that these cartridges are so high priced...now am stuck with it and am unable to use it after paying the price for it.

Best if Original

I have never had good results when printing double sided using anything but an original print cartridge. The printing flakes off on the prints made from "Compatible" cartridges. You pay a little more for the original, but you save more in the end by having a quality printout the first time. Lightning fast shipping, and always a low price. Thanks for a fantastic transaction!
