Compact design

Had the L90 for 10 years and it wore out. The compact design of the L100 uses less counter top space and is very quiet. It is a well thought out office machine and we hope it lasts as long as its predecessor.

Great Fax Machine

We have had this machine for around 4 years now and it has not given us a minute of trouble..If it dies we will buy another one if they are still available. We use it to send and receive faxes for customers as we are a print shop, we do not use it as a copier as we have 3 dedicated copiers for that purpose which will produce at a much higher rate of speed. As a note all of our copiers are Canon also.

Piece of junk

Bought this printer 4 years ago and have nothing but trouble with it ever since. It will not install on a wireless system even after many, many attempts. The software does NOT do the trick at all when it come to finding the wireless driver and is only good for the main usb attached desktop.

Good buy, long set up

The product works well, once it is set up properly. This took quite a few tries before it was done correctly, that is in order to use my existing answering machine and utilizing a Vonnage router. Finally set up and works very well.

Small but efficient

Needed a small fax and this fit the bill. Was a bit tricky to set up so my own answering machine would still work with it. Took several times, but finally got it to work.
