I like the printer except for that tiny, barely readable screen. It is so frustrating to try to read that thing.

Good. Seems to be good on ink use as well. I'm not happy that it doesn't have an auto-ON feature like our last Canon printer. We spent a lot of $$ on this printer not to have that feature. Now we have to get up and turn the printer on in order to print.

Printer is fine but for one huge problem. This printer eats ink; in the first month I have printed 82 pages of mostly black text and the color inks are already 25% depleted and the maintenance cartridge (waste ink) is approximately 2/3 full. If this continues I will be seeking a return and refund from Canon.

This printer comes with a major flaw. It comes with the "auto off" function turned on. When it isn't used for a while instead of going to sleep like my other Canon printers, it turns all the way off. Then it takes a couple of minutes to start up. This might seem like a small thing but it makes the printer much less useful. Who wants to wait two minute while the printer cogitates?

Great printer, high speed and quality print, but it was a bear setting up network connectivity. And I'm reasonably knowledgeable about networks and connectivity. The initial PC connected easily, just as the software directed. The next two machines, not so much. The installation software kept wanting the 1st machine removed from the network. I finally resolved the issue by not using the Canon software to install the printer on the other machines. I just used the standards Windows install. No where in the documentation or the Support database, that I could find, is this indicated.

Not worth the money. Screen is too small and there are certain settings that you can only do via the small screen. Can't adjust contrast so hard to read due to the glare. The only way you can check ink levels is looking in the ink windows on the front. Black ink level is very hard to see as the window is black. There is no alerts you are or have run out of ink. Printed less than 1000 pages and black ink is gone! Not sure about the 6000 page claim. The only good thing I can say is the printing is crisp. Shopping for something else. Wont let me upload a picture.

I am very happy with this printer, except for one thing. When I print from an email, it also prints the entire sidebar from my computer, and not just the item which I wanted to print. Beyond that I problem, this printer is excellent! The construction is very solid - much me like my previous printer - a Canon PIXMA - which was close to 20 years old! Earler this year I had purchased a Canon printer (for less money) which was so flimsy, that when I took it out of the box, it felt like it would break in a few months. So I returned that one to the store where I purchased it and went on line looking for something more stable and found this one. It cost a bit more but is well worth it!!!

So we needed a home printer and scanner and this one fits the bill. When it showed up I was surprised it was a really nice size compared to much larger one I had seen. Nonetheless it's half the size and all of the quality. I LOVE Canon products, they are my go-to. Setup was very easy and fast and the printer connected to my wifi AND the app all within minutes. The app printing has a lot of features, but not too much frill to make it confusing. The printer takes ink tanks and will last us a very long time. Startup only takes a minute or two and then the papers print and dry quickly. I absolutely love it and would recommend it for any school or home office needs!

This Canon printer is great. When printing the output is great quality. The ink was easy and clean to fill. It's very quiet so you don't even know it's working. Capable of 6k bw pages and 14k color which you can't find in any other basic printer for home office. I use mine for printing pictures of the kids and grandkids with picture paper and they come out perfect. I am very pleased. There's also a scan and copy option.

The thing that I love most about this printer is the ink system. Gone are the days of ink cartridges, I love the way I can pour ink into the ink containers in the printer. The ink is high quality and you can visibly see how much ink you have left. This printer was easy to setup and is very easy to use. It has lots of amazing features and can even print photos!

This is the best printer, scanner, copier and fax machine all built into one that my office has ever had. It's a high efficiency work horse. Does everything I need with ease. Easy to operate. Unbelievable how fast the pages print out. The function to print wireless especially from our phones is amazing. My office is more organized and efficient now. Highly reccomend this.

I?m so happy I got this, the colors look great. It was super easy to set up and I like the fact that the ink is so easy to refill is a plus. I can?t say enough good things about it. The scanner and copy function are convenient and it is also quieter than the printer I had before. I use it with transfer paper to put on shirts and every single piece looks good.

I just love Canon all in one printer!! I like that I was able to go to the website for instructions and not have to read a booklet. It was so easy to setup. I connected it to my phone with no issues. I like how compacted it is in size and fits perfectly on my desk in my office, which isn't very big. I'm so excited that I can print, copy and scan, any of my work that I need to and it clear and looks really good.

Our new Canon GX3020-Wireless Mega Tank Small Office All-In-One Printer is a wonderful upgrade from our old printer. It was a snap to setup and the instructions were easy to follow. The ink tanks come with large sight glasses in the front of the printer making it easy to see the ink levels and are easy to fill with the Canon ink bottles. It comes with a very nice control panel that's easy to read and operate. it will copy, scan or print. As with all Canon products the quality is great and comes with the Canon support system.

This Canon printer is cost effective in terms of ink as the bottles of ink last approx 4000 to 6000 pages. I like that the tops of the bottles are coded to a particular slot in the printer so there is no chance to insert a color in the wrong spot. The printer can hold about 3/4 of a ream of paper and prints are good quality. Setup was quick and easy by following the Setup instructions. This printer can copy, scan and print including double sided printing which helps to save on paper use and the ink bottles are large and can last a long time. So far I am liking this Canon printer.

I bought this a month ago and I am so happy that I did! This printer is a life saver! This is a heavy duty printer that really surprised me by its features and printing quality. If you want a printer that will last for a long time and print lots and lots of documents - get this Canon Maxify MegaTank All-in-One printer.

I can?t say enough wonderful things about this printer. I am a teacher and don?t have a printer of my own in the classroom so I do a lot of printing at home. The quality of prints I get form documents to pictures is amazing. It also is so much faster than my old HP printer. Cannon has hit it out of the ballpark with this device. Highly recommended!!

The MAXIFY GX3020 by Cannon is a great all around printer, scanner, copier. I'm in the process of putting together old family recipes. This printer has made the process easy to do. It was pretty much take it out of the box, plug it in, adjust everything needed, and your ready to go. The ink cartridges are large. Should last a long time. I like that Cannon has a well made, easy to use printer for just about any job you would need a printer for. This is the first Cannon printer I've ever tried and I'm very impressed with not only how well it works, but how easy it is to use. I believe anyone would be very happy with the Cannon MAXIFY GX3020 for home, school, or work projects.

This printer is amazing. The quality of the prints is awesome. It prints so fast, even full size pictures. The set up is pretty straight forward. Takes about 10 minutes to set everything up. It comes with so much ink and it's really easy to fill the tanks. When you first turn it on, it takes you step by step through the set up. So easy to use. It connects to your smart phone by using the cannon app and you can print pictures or documents directly from your phone.
