I have seen reviews where they say that it prints excellent photographs for business. I'm not so sure about this, because the maximum quality that can be set is 300 DPI and this leaves small dots uncovered when we print something of solid color or gradients, it doesn't end up with the highest possible quality. I also read a review where it says that it can print in high quality up to 47 in and another one that prints posters, to be honest in high quality it only allows you a configuration up to 26 in, if your work is longer than this it gives you an error sign and automatically takes you to Plain Paper, which definitely prints you something without the required quality. Two days ago the yellow color was completely lost, luckily it came back after a basic brush head cleaning, but this already puts me on alert, I am not done with my 1st set of inks yet. Apart from this I think it is a good printer for a home or for documents, really if I see it robust, only that I would like them not to give reviews based on what they read, because it is sad to buy something and then disappoint us. I wonder what royalty would do in case of a return of one of these since they are discontinued??

Bought the Maxify GX5020 to print my nature photos for my art business as well as greeting cards. The photos come out beautiful on glossy paper! I've printed 4 x 6, 5 x 7 and 8.5 x 11. The only issue for some people could be the white border around the edge of the photos. Have tried to print art on greeting cards but not to successful with that as of yet as the colors are a bit faded and the greeting card printing program's are difficult to figure out. Printing the right size and location on the card hasn't worked for me so far. But otherwise its a great printer for the price and I'm very pleased!

This printer is a great addition to my home office and was easy to set up. In the age of digital, there are fewer and fewer uses for a printer, but it's very inconvenient when you need to print something, but don't have a printer. This printer has solved my needs without breaking the bank. It's compact size is great for a smaller home office and can easily fit on a desk or table. The set up was simple and connected to my wifi easily. Really only took a couple of minutes between unpackaging it and being able to use it. The mega tank style makes much more sense than the old style of cartridges. The no drip bottles are easy to use. The colors and print speed are decent, but not great. For what this printer is, I think it's great. It's a basic color printer with easy to load ink. It gets the job done for what I need it for - conveniently print documents for personal and work use.

The Canon Maxify printer is excellent for all my printing needs. It was easy to set up after typing in the URL that was provided with the printer, it even set up the wifi itself which made life easier for me. This thing prints at a lightning speed! I printed a full color page from a printable website and it maybe took 10 seconds to print that whole page, it was extremely impressive. The ink tanks are huge and look like they will last a very long time. All in all an amazing printer.

I actually got this printer because I am a homeschool mom of 2 and other printers can't withstand the volume I print. This printer so far has been amazing with it. It connects to my phone with zero issues and prints out entire lesson plans within a minute or 2. The prints themselves look great and are nice and clean. The paper try can hold plenty of paper so I'm not constantly reloading it like with other printers. And I absolutely love that you can see the toner levels so clearly thru the front windows. Makes life so much easier than having to guess when it's running low. I love this printer and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to print a lot of documents.

Printers have always been a pain point, but it's been carefully designed to alleviate some of those issues - for example, much larger ink tanks with full visibility of ink storage so you won't run out any time soon and knowing exactly how much ink you have left is fool-proof. Compact in size so it fits perfectly on my desk or a cabinet. It was easy to set up physically and on my phone/laptop. While I haven't had to, the product video shows that replacing the components is really easy. It has wireless connectivity which is convenient and necessary these days. Bonus: it prints off fast so when you're running late you can wirelessly print something, grab and go! This printer is great for the standard household, a small office and teachers who would need many copies printed, color photos and banners. Versatile needs for the end user. The deciding factor was large ink storage (with ink provided! and the 2-sided printing for me. My only wish is if it could scan as well!

the canon maxify wireless printer is a great printer. the printer hooked up to my computer, ipad and phone easily. i print from all three on a regular basis. i also like the refillable ink wells. i feel like this is more "green" friendly instead of the cartridges that you have to swap out. plus with the refillable, i don't think there will be the dryout problem if we are on vacation etc.

This printer really exceeded my expectations and I?m so happy with it. It?s easy to set-up and putting the 4 bottles of ink inside is seamless. The printer appears to be of superb quality with great details. I like that it comes with 4 bottles of ink and it prints so well without any issues at all! This printer is compact and works very well for a small business or for home use. Best part it is wireless and the phone app is easy to use. The prints can be sent easily from phone from anywhere in the hime. It supports wifi and USB connection printing. The refilable cartridge that comes with the printer will last for a long home. I am using the Canon GX5020 at my home office and love it so far. It is very simple to set up, simply turn it on, add ink and follow the instructions to connect via WiFi or Ethernet then to your desktop or mobile. You are supplied with a ton of ink compared to other printers so I am not concerned about running out of ink anytime soon. If you print a lot like we do at my home I can see this printer saving us money in the long run. I liked the option of printing photos off my mobile phone and the printer giving me the option to switch out the paper to glossy 4x6 photo paper that can be added to the back of the printer. This printer prints fast, clear and sharp. Great for a busy family consisting of home workers and college students.

This printer sets up and is ready to run in 5 minutes. Hook it up, fill the ink, download the app and you're good to go. We've had mixed success with other wifi printers, but this one was super easy and so far has had a good connection. Love the big ink tanks, hoping to not have to keep refilling like most printers. This feels like a pro level/business printer, but is surprisingly low profile, it fits easily on a desk or file cabinet.

This printer was pretty easy to set up you just remove all the orange tape and connect and follow the steps. they give you a URL to follow that basically walks you through it step by step so really anyone can do this. the printer came with the ink bottles that you unscrew the cap and connect to the top there was no mess and you just let it do it is thing without the need to play around with it. once that is done you are basically ready to go. the tray at the bottom fits about 250 sheets and the back tray can fit another 100 my favorite thing is that it have replaceable maintenance cartridge and print heads so you can replace them your self without a service call when needed. on top of all this you can print up to 47" in length. Overall this will be great for my work from home and will be perfect for school projects and homework for the kiddos.

An instruction booklet was not included, but I was directed to a web site address at which time I was able to follow some on-screen directions with ease. This is the first time I have used ink bottles and I was somewhat concerned at the cost implications, but the yield when it comes to the number of pages per bottle is very cost effective indeed. I find the display screen is easy to read and it can be angled to suit the reader. At the same time, it is only 2 inches in size and quite unobtrusive. The printer itself is fairly light and I like its compact size as space is at a premium in my home office. The versatility of the printer is a great bonus as I frequently print labels and envelopes. The ability to print banners is also appreciated. This printer will serve me well as a work horse and I am more than happy with it.

This is perfect for my little home business. It works great. Easy read instructions on how to set it up was very clear. I had it set up and printing in no time. It's fast too! My other one took forever to print stuff and it would use up so much ink I was always refilling it before I was done for the day. This one I didn't have to do that. This is definitely a must buy if you have a small little business.

I got this because I needed a printer for my home office that was good. This printer is very durable. It is made very well. Setting up the printer is easy. I like that you have bottles of ink instead of cartridges. Filling the ink is super easy and not messy at all. Setting up the printer takes less than 10 minutes. Also hooking up the printer to Wi-Fi is super easy all you do is download an app and follow the instructions. I love how you can print from your phone also. I love how good the pages look when you do print. I love how much you can print so many pages off of one set of ink bottles. You can also print on envelopes and photo paper. Overall I love this product. I would recommend anyone looking for a great and awesome printer to get this. You will be pleased.

As a millenial, I've put off buying a printer for as long as humanly possible. After my 3rd or 4th trip to the printing store for documents, I figured it was about time to invest in a home printer system. Since I don't have a large apartment (or a desk to store a printer, I wanted something small enough to fit in the storage space under my couch. This printer has been absolutely perfect. Everything is wifi, so no bothersome cords to attach to anything. The setup was super easy (I recommend using a smartphone with the app to help with setup, but it's possible without), and printing was even easier. I was able to print using my phone's wireless connection without a problem. Overall it's a great printer, pretty fast at printing both black and color ink, and easy to store.

I've been looking for a printer that had a couple of key pieces: wireless was a must and ink capacity (color, too) was right for the cost. This MAXIFY MegaTank printer fit the bill and exceeds what I needed for my home office. It isn't too big, so fits well in my office space on a cabinet, was easy to set up using the app, and provides quality color prints quietly. The ink was super easy to load into the printer and I can tell already that I won't have to replace the ink as often because of the size of the containers. Would definitely recommend!

My wife does a lot of printing during the month and wanted something a little better than the one she had. I love that it has the bottles for ink instead of the cartridges. That was one thing we both hate to change and the bottles is just easier. It prints really fast and everything has came out clear with no splotches. The color is vibrant and the black is really dark instead of being a grayish color like some inks. We also scan a lot of documents in the month and this one has gave us no trouble with scanning it to our desktop. I highly recommend it. Worth every penny.

Got this couple days ago while out shopping and wow! This printer is amazing! Super easy to set up and connect, and super easy to install ink or replace. This printer works so much faster than any previous printer I have ever owned. Printer out over 500 copies with no issues at all.
