Great ... but ...

...for a while it was precisely what I wanted - automatic duplex. Great copy quality, fast enough for a small office .. .... but ... ... now getting false jam ... someone has to stand by the printer when it is copying and push the "continue" button every 5 or 6 pages ... very inefficient use of personnel time. Sadly I'll have to replace the printer with a competitive brand.

Great customer service and Fast delivery

I needed this in a hurry, called and spoke to a customer service rep and they took care of everything. I needed it overnight freight and there was a 60% chance it would go out, given it was after 6pm when I called. It showed up at 10am the next morning! It saved me A LOT of headache seeing as i had payroll and monthly statements that need to be printed that day! Exactly what I had ordered and Brand new. I will defiantly come back if I need anything else. They have earned my Business!

Not so durable

I've had this copier for a small business for 54 weeks. It has worked well as a copier and scanner. However, the rollers to feed the paper from the tray to the copier stopped working, 15 days after the warranty had expired. We had over 63,000 pages copied. Fortunately, this copier is cheap enough at $250 ($4.63 per week that it seems more cost effective to just replace it with a new one.

Excellent Copier/Printer

Very busy office setting. We have utilized many other brands and the overall quality, speed, and ease of use of this printer is excellent. The staff's favorite feature is the extreme quickness that this machine has on first print after being idle. It has interfaced well with a variety of software applications. Crooked prints or scans are mostly operator error. This drawback, also reported by others, has been found to be the auto feed function. You must make sure the paper feeds correctly and the tray is finicky.

Fast but Poor Quality

Had this printer for a total of 6 weeks; purchased in January 2014. This printer will sporadically produce copies that are crooked in nature. Whether using the top loader or traditional scanning function, pages will come out crooked (rotated to the right). I will not purchase another Canon imageClass.

ImageCLASS D1320

I have only used this machine for printing and copying. It performs very well. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT I CANNOT GET THE ONLINE MANUAL FOR THE MACHINE TO EITHER DISPLAY OR PRINT. THIS IS A REAL BIG DISADVANTAGE WHEN TRYING TO LEARN HOW TO GET THE MACHINE TO DO WHAT I WANT IT TO DO.
