Diane E : How easy does it copy legal paper. Do you need a separate paper tray or does the one it come with adjust.?MARK B : It does not adjust to accept legal. The tray is too small. I'm not sure if you need to buy a special tray or not.CRAIG A : Go to the Canon USA website and download the manual which Adorama won't let me link to here. Page 42 lists the supported paper types. Legal can be used in either the paper tray or multipurpose feeder.JIM S : The part on the side where the "Canon" logo is placed folds down at about a 45 degree angle. I use this for my legal paper because I mostly use letter size paper. It probably holds over 50 sheets, maybe more. I believe you can put legal paper in the paper tray (which holds 500 sheets) and use the fold down feeder for the letter size paper. (The printer is in my office and I am home, so I'm kind of shooting from the hip.) It does a fine job printing legal paper. It produces the first copy very quickly. I'm happy with it so far. I bought a refurbished print cartridge on Ebay for about $25, so it looks like the cost of replacement print cartridges is very cheap.RICK P : the tray is adjustable and you can run legal through the bypass as well...

SPEND COUPLE OF HUNDRED MORE AND GET THE D1370 WHICH WILL LET YOU SCAN TO THE NETWORKED DRIVE WITHOUT A MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE ON A WINDOWS PC. ALSO BE AWARE OF ADORAMA RETURN POLICIES - THEY WONT TAKE OPENED BOXES BACK - UNLIKE OTHER ONLINE PLACES - EVEN WHEN I OFFERED A RESTOCKING FEE
