Disappointing at best
Disappointing to have equipment that is not supported, yet Canon will be happy to sell you something else that doesn't fix issue. I've dealt with companies during this pandemic that actually communicates with the customer. This company does not. I will continue to find answers elsewhere.

Perfect for moving pictures from my new Canon camera to my computer
I always use a cable to transfer pictures from camera to computer. I recently bought a new Canon PowerShot SX720 HS and did not have an Interface Cable that would connect the two. The IFC-400PCU is the cable I needed.

Hippo and the cable
Received exactly what I purchase. Hey ... it is just a cable. Funny thing - a day after it arrived, I found my original cable that this was replacing. What does a hippo have to do with this? Absolutely nothing - made you “look” at this review. As I write this, we just got about 40” of snow in Vestal NY. Great day to use my new cable

What you order is what you actually get
Works as it should as opposed to the same part I ordered from Amazon. Amazon wire wouldn’t stay connected to my camera (slightest breeze would cause it to disconnect), whereas the wire I got from Adorama works perfectly. I can shake the wire and it doesn’t disconnect. No fraudulent items at Adorama!

USB Cable not working
I bought a USB Cable IFC-400PCU to connect my Canon powershot to the computer. It doesn't work! I've followed the instructions carefully and tried it with several computers, with no success. Very frustrating.

Worth the money
Bought a cheap cable first. That one stopped working after a couple uploads. I spent the extra money to get this cable. I works every single time. Works great for tethering, but the cable is not that long.

Items missing from camera purchase
I think it strange that Canon included neither a memory card nor an interface cable with the camera I purchased nearly a month ago. It was nice to find a battery charger included, but the camera cannot be used without a memory card, which I had to order separately. As a result, I had to order both of these items separately before I could use the camera.

Advised To Buy Wrong Cable
I can't really evaluate this cable since the Canon sales rep advised me to buy the wrong cable. When I received it and contacted Canon about it, they told me they don't carry the correct cable even though the Canon video camera requires it to transfer video to a computer. Why did the first Canon rep tell me to buy this one then? Who knows? Thanks Canon for having me buy a cable that I don't need.

Works As Intended For Canon Rebel T7. Transfer Photos In A Snap!
I bought this cable for my Canon Rebel T7. It works perfectly as described with the EOS Utility 3 software. This makes transferring photos from my camera to my PC insanely quick. Well worth the purchase! A tip from me is that if your computer is not recognizing your camera at first, make sure that the WiFi component of your camera is turned to off then retry connecting the cable from the camera to your PC.

Canon USB Transfer Cable
Canon interface cable works well for transfering pictures to my tablet. The cable has a USB connection which should work on any USB port. The cable was made for my Canon Power Shot ELPH 180.

Good cable but know your camera's capability.
The cable works to download pictures but does not work to charge the camera or power the camera while plugged in, as described. However, a call to cannon determined that my model number does not support the charging capability of the cable. Would have been nice to have seen that in the description.
