works ok but not great. color fades from left side of page to right. Also, when I print on card stock it distorts the image and the margins are uneven and the color fading is worse. The ink does last a long time and the printer seems to work well otherwise.

This printer driver for the Mac is lame. I can not select paper type, image quality or any user print settings via the print dialogue box on my Mac when ready to print. Instead I have to manually go to the printer and go through all the buttons to choose my print preferences. My other laser would allow me to select all settings while I am sitting at my desk. The printouts are fair and in no way are vivid in color. I am disappointed to say the least and will be purchasing a different brand and using this thing as a back up. Such a shame. ALSO this make a lot of noise all throughout the day.

Prints very fast, double sided if you need that, no clogging that you experience with inkjets, print quality is totally professional. Toner cartridges a expensive but the per page cost is lower than the inkjets. Toner cartridges are very easy to replace.

I have been totally frustrated with this printer. It struggles to connect quickly or now at all to my IPhone. It makes an inordinate amount of racket while deciding if it will work and has a queue size of 1. Canon seems to think the queue size is normal and hung up on me while I was trying to get answers. So they got my honest complete review. Thanks for nothing.

This is my first color laser printer. I've always had inkjet printers in the past. So far this has been a great printer. I like the print quality and the paper handling I particulalry like the ability to print two-sided legal

I’ve been using this printer for more than three months. The initial setup was easy, suspiciously so, as the three Macs found it wirelessly, as did an iPod. I still connected it by Ethernet so I could configure and monitor from Safari. Print quality is quite good, text is crisp and dark and color photos and art are quite presentable. It is notably quieter than my LBP6670 and almost as fast to first page. So far it has handled envelopes and heavier stock from the tray with no problem, but it does require entry of the stock size and weight for best results. I am quite pleased with this product.

Have only had it up and running for a few days. Pretty easy set-up; nice print quality with speedy output, and the 2-sided printing is a definite plus. It is fairly noisy, and Canon replacement toner is outrageously expensive - hopefully there are aftermarket options that will perform adequately.

I bought this printer from a seller on Ebay. I was worried because of numerous complaints about the printer on the Amazon reviews, but I didn't experience any issues. I have the printer connected through my network and found the setup very easy. My iPads and iPhones had no difficulty using the airPrint capabilities. I am very happy with the print quality, both b&w and color. It did take some tweaking of my Win 10 system "seeing" this printer when it went into its sleep mode. I had to google the issue, make a couple of tweaks to the printer setup within Win 10, and reboot. My whole experience has been remarkably trouble free. Perhaps Canon has fixed many/all of the issues that were raised by earlier Amazon reviewers?

I was surprised when my wife said; were having a printer delivered today. The only negative comment could be that the instructions were somewhat lacking for setup. However, I relied on wireless taking over and within 7 minutes (after unpacking it and downloading the driver wirelessly was printing from my Mac & phone. No issue so far but the extra "white plastic attachment that was difficult to get out of the plastic bag"; I have no idea what it is for....

Really difficult to install, stuck connecting to wireless, then no luck trying to print from a USB stick but it doesn't recognize the format and it's imposible to find out what format the USB stick needs to be in. Been trying to figure it out for about an hour and a half, never had so much trouble with a printer. Very dissapointing.

I have owned hundreds of printers, inkjet and laser. I currently own over 20 printers. Most laser printers are either too cheap or overly pricey and complicated and too hard to work. This is the best color laser printer hands down for under $400 I have found for small business and personal use. It is simple to set up and wirelessly operate with any computer platform or phone. The Toner is also very reasonably priced as compared to other color laser printers. It prints in high quality and 2-sided printing, and stands up to everything I throw at it. Also very compact and fits on the shelf out of the way, versus my other big laser printers. No dog in the fight, just wanted to say hands down you cant go wrong with this color laser printer.

Although this was initially hard to connect to the internet, it did eventually connect and works fine. The instruction "manual" leaves a lot to be desired. The instructions are unclear for set up and virtually non-existent for operation. The copier lacks a scanner or copy function. The print quality is excellent, however, and it is quick and quiet.

A printer is just a printer, right? I thought so, until I received this printer in exchange for writing this review. The Color imageCLASS printer really impressed me. Initially I thought the printer was huge, which makes it pretty impractical in my small home office. While it is large, it runs very well and is worth the space! The printer was very easy to set up, I actually made it more difficult by thinking it couldn't possibly be that easy. It worked well with both types of computer I own, I was able to connect and print within minutes. This is the first printer I've actually taken the time to set up remote printing, it was so simple! Once I used the menu to connect the printer to my wireless router I was able to start printing from my phone and tablet. I've been using it regularly for over a month and have yet to have one issue with printing, quality, or paper jams. One issue I experienced was that I kept having to turn the printer off and then on to get it to print when I hadn't used it. The cost of replacement toner is also a little higher than I'd prefer to pay. All things considered, I would buy this product, and I would recommend this product.

I have been using this printer for a few weeks, and I love the quality of the printing. I wrote this review after receiving a free sample for providing an open and honest review of this printer. Documents and photos look beautiful. It prints very quickly and quietly. The printer is approximately 16.5” x 17” x 10.75” and has a sleek silhouette. I like how the paper tray is concealed inside the printer and the finished documents lay on top of the printer. The set up instructions are wordless pictures, I would have preferred more instruction. As soon as I turned it on, there was an error code. The manual had no information about the error code, (E806-0000 and I had to look for information from a third party web site. The remedy was to restart, or call for service. After restarting 3-4 times, I could move on with the configuration. After that problem was resolved, getting the printer to connect to wifi was straight forward. I print from both a windows laptop and iPad. There was no trouble for either machine to find the printer right away, and I was able to begin printing. I have been able to create professional looking documents and vivid photos with this printer. I have been very pleased with its quality and speed.

I received this printer as a free sample to use over a month ago and was thrilled with the quality of this Canon printer! My husband was too! We both have used it quite a few times and it never seems to disappoint in any way. I love that it has a wireless component to it, so you can print from your smartphone or computer. This is quite possibly my favorite feature. It works efficiently and the printing is top notch. It was an easy process to take it out of the box and get it set up to print as well. It definitely exceeded my quality expectations. If you are in the market to purchase a new printer, I would highly recommend this product! You will not be disappointed.

I received this printer for free in exchange for my opinion. Is it possible to fall head over heals in love with a printer; probably not but this Canon printer would be at the top of my list on sight. There were many things I hoped for with this printer and almost all of them came to fruition. First of all, it is easy to set it up and start printing. At first I used a USB connection as wireless printing was a new feature for me but I figured it out and it works well from my devices now, too. Now the wifi printing feature has become my favorite feature as it allows me so much more flexibility. Another feature that stands out is the touch screen which is very easy to navigate, making it accessible to people who aren't tech/computer experts. The printer has a very fast print speed, it is not noisy and the quality of the print is outstanding (even the photo quality!). I was especially interested in the auto duplex feature since I have many large print jobs. My only issue so far have been two paper jams when trying to print a large job double-sided. This, however, might have been to due the paper I used as it was somewhat thicker. I also would wish that replacement toner would be cheaper. All in all, however, I would highly recommend this "do-it-all" printer for your small business or home office. It makes it possible to get professional quality printing without spending thousands of dollars.
