Adds a bit longer life
Long life lots of photos and video. The LP-E6NH adds that bit extra life so you don't need to switch batteries as often. It holds its charge very well much better than generic batteries. Since using the LP-E6NH I only use generic batteries as a back up, however, rarely do I go through this battery in one day of shooting.

Genuine Canon battery
It's a genuine Canon battery. I don't buy batteries from non-camera-specific stores, because there are counterfeit "Canon" batteries sold by internet-only non-specialist stores. I haven't had good luck with non-Canon versions under legitimate brands (Promaster, etc), those don't seem to have the same charge as original Canon batteries. I am still using a Canon E6 battery from 2011.

The battery works perfect. Just like I expected but I didn't know there's something about it. It really takes longer to charge it , but once its charge It works perfect for my camera.

brand name battery
I needed a spare battery for my cameras and this one will fit both my Canon 5D Mark IV and 7D Mark II. I have always been happy with the staying power of the Canon battery

Made by Canon for Canon, what more can I say other than for batteries in expensive camera equipment, I only trust OEM batteries.

It's a battery
It's a battery, an expensive battery. I have never spent this much on a battery in my life. I think it is important to use the camera manufacturer's battery over an off-brand. So, it is a worthy purchase. I recommend it.

Good Batteries
It works! I had to replace all of my old batteries for my Mark IV after losing them and happy to have this effective affordable replacement. I am a pro wedding photographer and had no issues.

Best choice if charging in camera or grip
I'd give this 5 stars if the capacity was higher than alternative 3rd party batteries. What makes this a better value is the compatibility with the Canon battery grip. It flawlessly hands off the charging to BOTH batteries, albeit one at a time. Mixing in 3rd party batteries messes up the charging curcuit so only one or none charge. So 4 stars until a higher capacity on par with other makers comes out.
