Perfect replacement for our MF4270 which finally stopped working after 15 years of service. This printer has a similar compact form and function, but there have been improvements such as scanning over the LAN, a bigger paper tray and an LCD backlight for good control panel visibility. Excellent high resolution print quality and it's easy to adjust contrast for an optimal compromise between crisp print quality vs. toner usage. No problems encountered setting up the printer for our Mac and PC computers.

I used this for our small business for a few weeks now and it has worked flawlessly. Setup was easy. Pretty much plug and play. We print a lot of paper each day and this Canon all in one printer held up well. It is fast and the print copies are top notch quality. The scan and copy features are great with its high resolution. Highly recommended for any business or home office use!

Seriously this printer is a beast. It's big and heavy so be prepared for that! It also takes some reading/learning to get it all set up and use it if you're not familiar with this type of printer, but once you get it all ready it's definitely worth the trouble. It prints beautifully. I also was able to easily connect it to my phone which is a huge bonus.

Way smaller then a office sized printer copier, just as quick and toner last a very long time. Scans copies and prints quickly in Black and White, easy setup and I print from computer and phone from the wifi feature.

Overall I think this is a great machine and a good value. I work from home full-time, and I actually think it's a bit more machine than I need. This machine may be better suited for a small office. However, I absolutely love having a document feeder for scanning and copying multi-page documents. This is really a very professional machine with a TON of features you would expect from an office machine. You can use access the settings and features via an online interface. Set-up was very smooth and my computer recognized the machine instantly. You can set it up as a network printer so anyone on your network can print to it remotely. The fact that this model comes with two cartridges is a very nice bonus! The ink on these laser printers seems to last forever. I'm deducting 1 star for a couple of reasons. The touchscreen can at times be a bit unresponsive and difficult to use, although once you get the hang of it it's okay. A color screen would be nice, but not a good deal. I have found that jams are common if you are printing or scanning large documents and let the pages accumulate. When printing or scanning large documents, I find it best to not let the pages pile up and instead remove them as they come through. This can be a pain and not something I expected.

This printer works great for my home office. I am constantly shipping out items and printing brochures so I need a printer that isn't slow and doesn't sacrifice print quality. Luckily this one can do those things. It can print up to 30 pages per minute and utilizes laser technology that provides crisp and sharp prints with excellent quality. I like that it has duplex printing so I can print on both sides to save paper which ultimately saves me in my printing costs. It can not only print but also copy, scan and fax. It has built in Wifi and can easily connect the printer to my network which allows my to be able to print from multiple devices that are on my wireless network. The printer kit included two toner cartridges so I have some time before I have to hunt for more cartridges. The interface is very user friendly and has a has a 5 inch color touchscreen so I can easily see the various options this printer has. It has some noise to it but that is to be expected when printing but it is not overly loud. If you are looking for large paper capacity, fast printing, wireless connection, high quality printing then you should consider this.

We really love this all in one printer faxed scanner copier. It was very easy to setup and use AirPrint. Also scans wirelessly to my MacBook with ease. One of the quickest printers I've ever had as well.

This is a very nice laser printer. The quality is very good and it is built very well. It seems to be very durable. The size of the printer is good too. It isn't overly big so it can fit in smaller spaces. It even comes with two toners which I appreciate. The printer is easy to set up as well and doesn't take a lot of time. The speed of this printer is great too. It prints very fast. It can print up to 30 pages per minute. It can also print on both sides of the paper which is nice. The paper tray can hold 250 pieces of paper too which is also nice. I also like that the printer is wireless. I can print from my phone too which is a nice feature. Great small business printer. Really easy setup - turn it on and connect to the wifi. Everything works as expected, black and white only, solid and not overly complex - so it should have less things that can break. But of all the features, the speed was most impressive to me, both copying and printing. Especially printing.

The scanning and the printing work fine. My only issues are with the UI. The touchscreen has a bit of lag to it. Also trying the type in a wifi code or file name using the 9 key setup is a bit annoying.

The setup can do 8000+ pages with the supplies included. It does perfect double sided prints, and print up to 30 pages a minute. This is a perfect printer for anyone needing an easy to use black and white printer. It actually took me longer to unpack the printer (which already had the print cartridge installed) then it took to connect the printer to my home network and start printing. Print jobs run super fast with no issues with smearing or smudges. Scanning and copying functions are also easy to use as well. I don't think I'll be using the fax functionality anytime soon but everything else is awesome. Great printer!

The Canon MF269dw laser printer is a top knot h printer. It is easy to set up and fits great in a smaller office. The Canon MF269DW Laser Printer is such a great printer. It was very simple to setup as it is wireless and using the corresponding app. I couldn't believe how quickit was to print. It holds plenty of paper which is great, so that you do not need to be constantly loading. It looks and feels as if it built like a tank. I can also print on banners and letter heads should I choose to do so. I'm sure I will be using for years to come. A must have for any office!

First of all, this printer came very nicely packaged with plenty of tape and foam protection. It only took me about 15 minutes to get it unboxed and powered up. The setup was very simple and it connected to my wifi right away. I printed several documents and the text is nice and crisp with a good contrast. Even when printing photos, I was impressed. I printed a 23 page PDF and couldn't believe how fast it was. The scanner is also quite nice. I scanned a few family photos and they came out very clear. I like this printer because it's easy to use, fast and provides high quality prints. Another plus is that it is quite light and easy to move if needed. The buttons are very responsive and the touch screen works good as well. I was pretty impressed with how quiet this printer was compared to others I've used. I copied a few pages using the auto feeder and it pulled them through very straight, therefore, the copies were not crooked. Overall, I am very happy with this Canon all-in-1 and I would certainly recommend it. It works great for a home or small office.

This printer has quite the professional feel to it. BUT, if you are looking for compact, this is not the one you want to purchase. Super easy to set up once I found a spot for it. The print job is really great, comes out clean no jagged lines, good color. I would recommend for anyone who does a lot of printing and copying.

We got this printer to replace our old dinosaur printer that makes horrible squeaky noise. This is night and day printer . Super quiet , super fast and easy to set up . You can also fax and scan . It does pretty much everything you need it to and some . Printed a few manuals for my work and it did it in 80% faster and 100% better quality . Cant believe i didn't make the change sooner . Haven't had a single jam or issue whats so ever . highly recommend this all in one printer .

I am through the moon with my Canon all in one printer. As soon as I received it, it was an easy setup to connect to my Wifi and easily to my computer. I like the touch screen as it's easy to navigate from one spot to another. One really amazing feature that I never thought of was sending it print jobs straight from my phone, talk about flexibility. All in all the high resolution scanner, alongside the fast seamless print jobs...this all in one printer is a no brainer for your office or personal needs. Highly recommend!

I was a little nervous going in? This unit offers a COMPREHENSIVE roster of features that I knew I wanted but it was all a bit daunting. The imageCLASS MF269dw II VP offers network and mobile connectivity; print, copy, scan and fax functions; two paper feeds, a variety of output options including two-sided printing; and much, much more - yet thanks to the intuitiveness and simplicity of Canon's setup process I actually had a functioning network scanner/printer in my home LAN in less than ten minutes! Especially relevant for home users like me, the unit carries energy star certification and automatically enters power saving mode during idle and awakens from sleep mode in a near instant 1.6 seconds (15 seconds of boot time from turning the power on), which I really like. Scanning is an absolute breeze with a high quality 600 dpi resolution with various built-in magnification options up to 400%. To get scans to my mobile devices I used to have to scan to computer, then email my images or upload them to a cloud host, but this unit has many onboard send options and formats including email (via POP or SMTP) and smb. The only hiccup in my setup process was that entering my WiFi password required use of a virtual on-screen 10-key keypad (similar to old dumb cell phones), and I did mis-enter the password twice, perhaps due to big fingers or excitement of setting up a new device. This is a one-time setup though, and I'll never have to worry about it again. Overall, the print and scan qualities are fantastic and it earns 5 stars without question. Backed with Canon's reputation for quality and reliability, I'm positive this device will backup my home office for years to come.
