had this model for 2 years. Always gives error for toner low or out. Use genuine canon toners and it never works correctly. drivers are always out of date. Cannot connect to network. Cannot scan to a computer. Tried downloading drivers from canons website. Nothing fixes the perpetual error messages. always beeping to tell you there is a problem. Cant send anything from scanner to computer. Cant scan directly to an email address. Cant scan period. For as much as technology has changed over the years, you would think that a simple all in one printer fax scanner could actually work. Doesn't work wireless or hard wired to the network. This printer would be great for any aspiring I.T. Professional who wanted to spend all day trouble shooting a printer.

This printer is so amazing in everyday possible. I love that it is wireless and it was quite easy to set up as well. Everything printed looks amazing even when printing photos they come out so clear and beautifully. A definite must buy on my list.

I bought this because I started my small business and I need to do a lot more printing. This is the greatest printer for what I do. It print really fast and it's very clear. The print with my apple device very easily. I love this and truly recommend this printer.

Set up was easy. Printing is extremely easy to do. So is copying. I haven't used the other features yet but I'm sure they are just as easy since this machine is very user friendly. The pages come out very nice and the print comes out nice and clean. No smudging or blurring. Great printer!

I got this for my home office to print and scan. I don't use the fax, but it came with the phone cord for it. It was easy to setup. The included guide shows you where to find all the tape and packaging materials. Just make sure you get all of the packaging materials out before you try to turn it on. It prints way faster than my last printer. I like that the touch screen and controls pop up at an angle so it's easier to read when you're looking down at the printer. I've only used the regular paper tray but it looks like it has a open slot where you can load extra long paper, which is a nice feature if you need that. Overall it looks great in my office and runs fine, I'm very happy with it.

Given this printer was almost double the size of the last printer it is a work horse for a small home office and three kids in school printing their school work on a daily basis. Connectivity was extremely simple and the mobile feature is nice when on the go, especially for the kids who seem to use this feature the most. The screen is large and bright enough to see without my readers which was a huge hassle for me with my last printer, especially printing at night. It prints fairly quickly with above standard outputs. I like that the carrier can hold 250 sheets of paper and the auto double sided printing. The only drawback is that I can seem to locate the flash drive, maybe it doesn't come with one. Overall a great printer for a small home and office with family.

This printer has been perfect for my small at-home business. I can make print wirelessly, scan documents, make copies, and send faxes at great speed. It is an all-in-one so nothing else is needed. It's a great size for what all that it does. I have a little side table and it fits. Easy to put together and set up. The process took no longer than 10 min. I use this Canon all-in-one printer in my home office. It was easy to set up and connect to my home network. After that, setup for PCs and Macs is just a couple of clicks. The mobile app made setup on my phone equally easy. I mostly use this product for printing, but it works well as a scanner and a fax, it you still require that functionality. Print quality is great and 30 pages per minute means no waiting for print jobs to complete. Great product.

We got this printer after our other one finally stopped working. We got this one because we needed something wireless that could do more than just print. Our biggest selling point for this printer was the copier part of it. We all receive so much mail and then come tax time, so many documents to keep up with. We wanted to digitize everything more easily than scanning with our phone and this printer allowed for us to do that. I highly recommend this printer for anyone who needs something extremely efficient and reliable.

This printer/ copier/ fax combo is amazing! It is the perfect addition for my home office. Now I need one in my actual office. Very clean printing and can handle a workload. It's very quiet and the auto printing both sides is one of my favorite features!

This is a great laser printer. My old laser printer was very noisy - it sat right behind my desk and had to apologize when someone was printing something because of the noise. Not so with this one! I was surprised at how little noise it made. The print quality was good, and it was really easy to set up. It has duplex and the feeder worked really well in copying 2-sided documents. No jams. Very happy with this printer - can't think of any negatives.

I can't seem to find an issue with this printer. Setup was easy as could be. Plug it in follow the instructions on the screen. Done. It prints/scans/copies everything flawlessly and crisp. It is a large printer but I would call it the perfect size for anyone running a small business. The wireless printing is lightning fast. Hit print and 3 seconds later your page is done, for any page with black ink only that is. What you get for the cost is actually pretty unbelievable. Well done Canon!

This Canon printer is amazing. This is perfect for my and my work as I mainly print from my phone or tablet. The quality of the prints are really good. The scanner feature is super easy to use to help me with digitizing my record. This is a bit on the large size but great for large scale printing.

Our printer died, so we ended up picking up this printer from Canon. It was fairly resonably priced and given our last printer lasted ~11 years, I wanted to go with Canon once again. We're quite pleased with the printer, as it can handle faxes, scanning/copying, as well as fax. It's easy to use, easy to setup and given the manufacturer, should be very reliable. We're very happy with our purchase.

By far this is the best printer I have ever owned. All of the reviews that I have read for this printer have been spot on. This is so much better than an inkjet because the ink there's not dry up if you don't use it very often.

I needed something for my home office so I bought this all in one printer. It was very resonibly priced and does a great job. It is very easy to use, and be used with the wifi in my home. It is compact in design and easy to program and use. I can print,copy,scan and fax. It also comes with a 1 yr warranty. It can print upto 30 pages per minute and comes with a high capacity toner cartridge. The printer is all I need to do everyday office stuff. Great product, excellent price, easy to use, internet ready, compact size, and it does everthing!

The Canon MF269dw II is a multi-functional printer that does print, scans, copy, & fax. This all in 1 printer is the ONLY printer you will ever need. The printer setup was seamless. I powered the printer ON and got it connected to my wireless network by using the intuitive printer touchscreen display to enter my Wi-Fi credentials. I got on both my wife and I personal laptop and also my work laptop to do a network printer scan. Once it's found, I just click on the discovered printer, and it auto installed what it needed without me having to go locate drivers or install a program from a disc drive. We love the fact that we're now able to send files to print wireless from both the laptop and our mobile phones. I notice that this laser printer prints way faster than my old inkjet printer. I also notice that the ink does not smear when printing. My one and only biggest complaint about this printer is that I cannot get the scan/send to email to work. Scanning does work if I connect directly my laptop using the USB cable. When I try to scan/send to email, it keeps throwing an error code #099. Very frustrating. I tried to google the error code online but all I got was "The job was canceled. This does not indicate a malfunction. Perform the operation again, as needed." Is anyone else having this issue?

This is a great laser printer, bigger than most home (ink) printers but smaller than most business printers. It's the perfect size for a home office that does a lot of printing or even a small business. I got it all unpacked and up and running in under 30 minutes, connected over WiFi. After following the prompts on the printer screen and entering the WiFi info it connected and my computer added it quickly in the printer list (download the drivers from Canon if you're wanting to scan). I don't use a fax line but it comes with everything needed for that. I'm honestly shocked at how fast this prints, it's maybe 3 seconds after you click print from the computer that it comes out. I had a 35 page document and timed it...65 second from the time I clicked print until it was complete, that's great! That would take a couple minutes on an ink printer. The scanner also worked well, it can handle taking in multiple documents at the top in a single batch or place individual pieces on the glass. It also holds a ton of paper and I really like that all the trays and outputs are contained within the 'cube' so that even though it's a mid-size printer it's all within a small footprint so it works well for a home office. Super easy setup, physical buttons plus touchscreen, scanning, quick printing...it has all I need and I highly recommend it!
