I have had 2 of the MG2525 and they are not easy to manage and they use too much ink in my opinion.

I have used this printer for some online classes and am an avid seller on ebay so great for my labels. I have used for 6 years now. However this error message is that the ink absorber is getting full. I cannot empty and clean, says it needs to be serviced, which will be less expensive to probably just buy a new printer. Not sure why so many are complaining about this printer, it worked fine for me. Then again, I do not print 100 of pages at a time!

This is a "you get what you paid for" printer. If you just want to print paper and not very much then this is your printer. The ink cartridges run out way to fast and they are expensive. Also sometimes it would not connect with my computer when I needed it.

It prints fine, but i can only print about 100 pages on one print cartridge. Replacement ink is way expensive. I would definitely not buy again

Grabbed a printer for basic needs and this is great. I don’t know why people complain.. I’m not spending a ton of cash on a printer. Everything prints clean and I’m happy

It hooked me in at a great price to buy, but had I known ink would be hard to find and pricey, I wouldn't have bought it. It printed decently, scans ok, but the printer is loud and bangs and sounds as if it's mechanics are going to implode. Probably the last Canon printer I'll buy.

You can only print on 2 standard sizes of envelope. Cannot print on invitation size or other...

I have had this printer for about 1.5 years and it's terrible. I had problems from the beginning. it would bang and make lots of noise every time it would print. Sometimes it prints, sometimes it doesn't. Now it's at a point where it is not printing and it will go in the trash. I will return to HP printers. They have not let me down. The price was to good to pass up, I should have.

From day one it would bang and sound like it was going to fly apart. Cost of ink is the worst I have every experience compared to HP and Epson printers. Printer has now died after four years of very light use. My HP printer still going strong with ten times the use. Do not like how Canon printers print heavy on the magenta.

Bought this a while back, maybe two years ago, and it never missed a beat. Great print quality and always worked as expected, with decent cartridge life (but not outstanding. I made a mistake and chunked it when it ran out of ink, thinking it was a better deal and replaced it with an MG2522. Looks identical, but the 2522 is absolute unreliable junk. Wish I never chunked that 2520.

I bought this printer about 3 years ago, and I love it. I'm shocked to see so many negative reviews! It's quick and easy to set up, and prints fairly quickly. I find myself having to replace the ink cartridges often, BUT you can purchase the XL cartridges for a little more. I use this printer ALL the time for school, and I love it.

Very Nice machine, althought my ink seems to run out pretty fast. And also with my ink running out so fast I'm having to spend 17.99 each time to refill. Other than that an AWESOME PIXMA MG2520

was simply looking for a printer to print shipping labels and sewing patterns. I bought 2 because I figured I got a faulty one the first time. Big mistake giving canon more money for such a terrible product. The first month I noticed the printer was printing on itself. Then the paper started jamming and now after fighting with me 1 moth after purchasing it is no longer working at all. with a pretty yellow blinking light. Cool.

I bought this because it was reasonable and I needed a printer. I used it ofr several months and after recieving up grades it quit printing all together. All it will do is make a smudge on the paper. Very disappointing.

I have had my printer for a while now and I really enjoy all the ways this printer has helped make my life better! I scan copies of all my bills so I have a digital copy. No more files of paperwork! When birthdays and gift giving events come around I print my gifts! Pictures of memories, or children or whatever is important to that person! It makes outstandoing personal, appreciated gifts that no one else gives them! People now look forward to my presents!!

This is a cheap piece of whatever - sounds like it's going to blow up or fall apart every time it starts to print. Eats ink cartridges for breakfast. It's almost impossible to change the cartridges because of the obtuse way they are installed. I really regret this purchase.

I am deeply disappointed with this product. The states that a usb cord is provided, however the paperwork inside the box states that one isn't. You can't use the product without the cord. I spent hours on the site trying to locate where I can purchase a usb cord for this product with no luck.

Bought this printer at a yard sale to replace a 8P I had bought at WalMart. Much better on ink and print quality is superb. Print hand-outs on it from time to time, plus a few photos. Does great on each. Only drawback... and it is a big one... will not print any closer than 5/8-in from bottom of page. No way to get around it. Cuts foot-notes off of pages and end of line off foldable handouts printed in columns in landscape.
