Only Prints a Maximum of 4X6

I have bought 4 of these for my office. Great for documents up to 8.5X11- BUT WILL ONLY MAKE PHOTO PRINTS UP TO 4X6. AS A PHOTO PRINTER FOR ME IT IS USELESS. SCANNER IS ALSO VERY GOOD FOR OFFICE.
