I bought this printer about 3 years ago and it is still wonderful and prints awesome pics too.

So frustrated that after owning this printer for barely 2 years, after only moderate use the printing function is malfunctioning. We have tried everything from replacing the ink cartridges to cleaning/deep cleaning/realigning the print heads to going through every other troubleshooting method listed, and yet the printing quality is unacceptable and barely readable.

Although the machine is out of warrantee, it should recognize genuine Canon replacement ink tanks but it did NOT! Would NOT recommend this printer to anyone.

Absolute piece of junk printer. Please read the negative reviews and take them seriously. I absolutely regret buying this printer based on a pcmag review. The first one arrived and didn't work out of the box. The replacement that Canon sent cannot connect to my wifi. I have installed plenty of hardware over the years. This is NOT user-friendly. Do not buy!!

This printer is not user friendly. With my old printer (that wore out) I could set the Wi-Fi one time and it worked until I changed internet providers. This printer does not work. I have not been able to print very many times. I never know when it will work!

I bought this printer I needed tin just set it up fast and print a document that I had urgent to print !is the 3rd day and I still don't get it to print this is the worst purchase I made of printers I followed the installation process and just opens another tab and another tab just showing the printers they show on their web page ughh sorry if you end up with same problem ..
