Once again my canon printer had failed due to the power supply. Why not fix the continuing issue Canon? Then you change the ink cartridge on the new printers so I can't even use the ones I have. That's it, no more Canon.

Printed pages fall on floor even if output tray fulled extended. There is no automatic feed so multi-page scanning or copying is tedious.

This is the worst home/small office printer I have ever used. Problems include: 1. Sometimes have to push the paper for it to feed. 2. Constantly loses internet access requiring me to retype our internet password. 3. Copies and scans are slightly blurry and poor quality. 4. Printing pictures is HORRIBLE. I've used multiple types of printing paper and make sure the ink is full. The pictures come out weirdly colored and sometimes with a line down or across the photo. Overall, not worth the headaches. I'll stick with HP from now on.

I bought this printer a couple of years ago to replace a non-WiFi HP printer and now I have to purchase another one as the ink will not appear on paper. Cleaned the printer head according to maintenance directions & took it out and cleaned it -- nothing. I don't think I even printed 500 pages on it, as it is used seasonally. I even bought new ink cartridges thinking it was that. What a waste of money! Doesn't even have a feeder tray. First and last Canon printer for me.

I've never been happy with the hardware or software of this printer, and now it's just a paper jamming piece of garbage. Barely over a year old, just has to sit there and print sometimes, and scan very seldom. I like my Canon camera, so I bought this. Big mistake. First and last Canon printer in my house

Originally I was given a Canon PIXMA 5320 for Christmas 2014. By August 2015 the print head went bad. This was a know defect. After much arguing, it was replaced with a PIXMA 6620 on 9/2015 at no charge. Today (Sept. 2017, the print head on this unit went bad. The printer hasn't seen heavy use (1,000 pages) during these 2 years.

One of the worst printers I have ever experienced. A few of the faults: - Extremely slow printing time. It took me 30 minutes to print 12 pages. Because the printer kept starting and stopping, I had to sit here and monitor the print job. - Color cartridges empty out constantly. Basically, there are 5 colors. If one runs out, it's difficult to print anything even in black & white. - Incomplete jobs. I tried to print a 12 page document. It simply stopped at 10 pages without explanation. Ultimately, I was able to print my document, but with a lot of hassle and oversight. This printer technically "works" but just requires a lot of tinkering and adjusting and monitoring.

This is most finicky printer I've ever owned. The ink replacement is a major headache. The wireless feature---even though it is only 8 feet from my computer---is also unpredictable.

It just does what it should. Good worker. Eats ink quickly though.

Best printer I ever had. Wireless, scan, copy, and two sided printing. Easiest wifi set up too.

I bought this printer to go with my new dell, . Could never get the wireless to work, so had to buy a plug. Also it use the color even though you don't print in color. Would not recommend this Ink jet printer. I had a Dell all in one before, never had a problem with it. It just would not work with new computer.

Had it for two years, barely any use and it died. B203 error, not repairable. Very expensive purchase of printer and ink to get no use out of it.

I bought this printer many many years ago, back when the 6620 first came out. The only things I have had to do is change out the ink and add paper. Occassionally I would run the maintenance program to clea the heads and jets but that is all.I have been a Canon customer for about the last 25years.

I bought this a year ago..super easy to set up. It is not necessarily the best choice if you need to print out large booklets as I do, often 50 - 100 pages as it is not ideal for this application. Unless you supervise it, the pages will fall to the floor. But other than that, I love this printer. It is every bit as good as the Canon I replaced it with and it was half the cost. So I sacrificed a little convenience for big savings. I have been very happy with every Canon product I have ever purchased and this is no exception. Nice streamlined size as well.

This printer is very easy to use & the set up was a piece of cake. The ink cartridges are much cheaper than HP products & the picture/print quality is awesome for a little home office use machine! I would definitely recommend this MFP to anyone looking for an inexpensive machine for your home office.

I am not one to write reviews but after reading some of the low comments I felt obligated to. I have had this printer for over a year and it's very good. I have yet to print pictures but use it for school and craft projects and it does just fine. Yes the speed could be faster but reminder this is a home printer not an office printer. I print wireless all the time with out a problem. Easy set up.

I bought this a month ago and have yet to figure out or find somebody to tell me how to set it up. It's most frustrating because I have been convinced by the literature that a seasoned computer person would find it trivially easy to do in just a few minutes.

I've had my wireless printer now for over a year. I really like it, it does a great! job on printing, then only thing I wish it didn't clean so long and often because that uses up the ink more than necessary.

The idea of a wireless printer sounded so nice and hassle free and perhaps if it worked it would be but this printer is just one problem after another. It disconects constantly which means turning the printer on and off and having to reenter the wireless password every time you want to use it. Even then, I have had countless jobs that have literally stopped in the middle, as in one and half pages will print then the "No Printer Found" error pops up. Don't buy it.

Biggest piece of crud I've ever found in a printer. I see others reporting the same exact problem. Keeps saying that there is no paper no matter how full the paper tray is. For a while I was having to feed it one piece of paper at a time manually. Now it will take that one piece of paper take it half way and then still say there is no paper detected. Either that or it will paper jam more than any other printer I've ever seen. Not only will I say to never buy this printer, but I will never buy another canon product in my life if they are willing to put out something that is this big of a piece of crud. Don't have the money for a new printer now, so I am now stuck without a printer and a very expensive paper weight.

Doesn't always recognize that paper is in the tray. At least once a day have to reinsert paper tray so that it is recognized. Very poor scan quality. Paper jams

We bought this printer after having a Canon MP610 that worked wonderfully for years. We use our printers for typical home print jobs and pictures and we do not print often. I am pretty disappointed with this purchase after having so much luck with our previous printer. My issues and why I wouldn't recommend this one: - goes through ink fast and I believe it's because I'm comparing to the other printer and these cartridges are much smaller. It's a pain to have to keep purchasing cartridges. - printer feed always seems to have some kind of issue, very touchy - color photo results are ok, I've experienced much better results with other Canon printers Overall I am not happy with this and since we do not print often I can't just go back and return.

I have had this for about 4 months. It was purchased new by my husband because I was so busy at work to go myself. It may be a good printer for just doing photos but not for small home office needs. Just had to reload everything twice when it quit working. took 20 minutes both times and had to restart the process twice. It says you don't have to start the printer each time you print but I do. I understood it would wake itself when I sent a document to print. It also is not friendly when trying to scan and save a document. It won't let me save a document to my documents. It puts it with my pictures automatically. I am most disappointed. I only recommend it as a "cheap" solution for someone in need of that and only if you have lots of time to figure out where the document went. My first and last time to purchase a Canon. In a very busy time at work it caused me more work and grief.

Very Good Printer
By old m.
Purchased this printer after years of using other makes of printers. What sold me was the easy wireless connections with my other computers.
