A product you hate to love, but like food, it's needed to function!  I have bought new ink from all over and getting it from the source is a no brainer for me once I discovered the prices are right and the process easy (and fast.

I have zero knowledge of printing supplies and I'm making this purchase as a first-time printer-user (other than my school/office. It works fine. It's an ink tank, I don't know what else to tell you.

I received part of my order, and as always, it works great.  

The 2nd part of the order (Black ink unfortunately appears to be on back-order for several weeks. This is disappointing.  

Canon has constructed printers to fail catastrophically if substitute ink is used, so the fact that Canon cannot supply black ink on a timely basis is pretty disappointing.

Great Products, wish they were all available

Good ink, quick delivery directly from Canon. Can no longer find these ink tanks locally. Only down side is the price has crept up over the years.

This Canon Pixma MP560 printer is six or seven years old but works perfectly thanks to the great quality ink.

Very impressed

In addition to how easy and quick it is to change cartridge in my printer, when one of the 5 cartridges shows near empty, a box pops up to ask if I want to order.  I click in it, tell them what ink I want, give them billing info and it arrives in 4-6 days.  I have been doing this for about 6 years, so at that age, ink at local outlets are more expensive than ordering direct.
