Quality and brightness

Fine ink, no paper.
The inks arrived as predicted and are waiting to be used.
What was different this time is that the package did not contain the freebie of photo paper that I had become accustomed to with almost every other purchase of Canon ink. I admit to being disappointed about that.

Expensive
Expensive the cost ratio to printing is a ripoff and never a discount offer. The price of ink surpassed buying a new printer. No return policy on used cartridges. My previous printer cartridges came with a used return envelope.

My Canon Products
I always liked Canon products but like other printers the ink doesn't last long and it took about a week for the replacement cartridges to be delivered. Otherwise the printer and inks make fantastic pictures.

Unsatisfactory Canon Shopping Experience
Its on backorder. I wish that this was known before I submitted payment. I wouldn't have made the purchase. I don't appreciate that Canon did not make that information known upfront about the product. During this pandemic, I am also disappointed that there isn't more being done to offer educators and teachers any discounts. I want to give Canon my business but I once lockdowns are lifted I will be glad to go back to the big box stores and pick up my ink there.

INK ORDER
Product is CANON and the standard I expect! The ink tanks are FULL SIZE TANKS, not SET UP tanks. Did not realize this was what came from a third party vendor from AMAZON on my last order. No fault of AMAZON.
Just make sure you are aware of what you are purchasing. The set up tanks have less ink and the lower price is a giveaway.
CANON direct followed up on my order when the product was on back order. A customer service phone number was provided by CANON as well as an email receipt.
Very please with this transaction.

Long delay
I’m pretty sure the product will be fine, but I’ve ordered this two weeks ago and still have not received it. I understand with all this craziness in the world right now that shipping is delayed but my kids can’t complete some of their work due to this extended delay from you guys.
