What can I say - it's ink. Always a bit pricey to feed the printer but a necessary evil if I want to be able to print quality photos at home. Adorama was the first to have the multipack in stock - it was even out at Canon.

Right ink for the printer
Right ink for the printer. Why risk damage to the printer of sub-par prints when you know that this ink is formulated for the printer.

The ink doesn't last very long. When are you going to get in stock the color ink value packs? You can buy all the inks separately, but you no longer provide the value packs. I have resorted to buying them from B&H or from another source.

The product produces nice results when working.Ink does not last long.
The ink works well, but for someone who is not printing on a daily basis, the ink runs out quickly.

Canon PGI-72 inks great but hard to find
The Canon PIXMA PRO 10 printer demands this ink and the printer output is gorgeous. But not even the printer seller carries the inks locally, and long distance order to delivery time might be a week or more, with your PRO-10 sitting idle. Under these circumstances Adorama saved the day.

Frequent Backorders
The ink is great and fairly priced. However, lately at least one item is placed on backordered. This never happened in the past. I am concerned that I will soon not be able to purchase ink for my printer and will need to purchase a new printer.

Canon inks.
I mostly buy my inks from Canon. But have a few times from a local camera dealer. I have seen on the internet on using 3rd party inks. I do not understand why when they really are not compatible. It, to me is less of a headache when i can just pop a new ink in and be ready to start printing again. I believe that is the smartest move by anyone who has a canon pro printer.

I have never had any problems with the ink or delivery. Arrives on time. Good quality. I can find the ink at the same price on Amazon if I want fast free shipping with Amazon Prime. Ordering from Cannon I appreciate receiving bonus paper. I never buy off brand, Cannon works great Everytime.

Buy cheaper inks, Canon is a rip-off
My inks arrived with only two of the tanks functional. One tank had leaked all over all of the rest, too and was a terrible mess to clean up. Ordered some cheap replacement inks off eBay (for a quarter of the price and couldn’t be more happy with them! Amazing print quality & great value. Will never buy from Canon again.

Better packaging needed
Packaging was a vacuum sealed bag, so not the product’s fault really....BUT the result of faulty packaging was that the entire box was smushed and bent and sadly one of the ink cartridges exploded, getting link everywhere.
So if at any point, there was more solid packaging, from the ink cartridges, to the box itself, and then to shipping packaging ...it coulda been better.
