Frank T : What is the capacity of this cartidge?ALEXANDER E : I don't know the answer in terms of volume or number of printed pages. But with the Pro9500 I have to change all of the ink tanks (except PM and PC) much more frequently than I would like!ROBERT L : 14MI and they do not last long
I love the print quality of the Pro500 Mark II but it bleeds ink
The new Pro 1 has larger inkFREDERICK B : The cartridge holds 14ml of pigment. Depending on the color combinations ie SW photog desert vs NE woodlands and size photo that you are printing will determine cartridge life. I've printed 16 - 11x14 of the SW & Grand Canyon before a change about 13 - 11x17 before changing and 8 - 13x19 before change. I have no data on 4x6. It was not all the colors at once. Various colors various times.
A good plan is to have 2 value packs on hand, that way you will be able to gauge which colors you use the fastest. Then set up a reorder time line. Hope you enjoy your printer as much as I enjoy mineSAMUEL D : There is no volunm amount marked on the ink tank.If you are refering to the number of pages you can print it would depend on the setting that you use on the printer and the amount of black that is used on the page.SEAN O : I don't know the fluid ounce capacity of each cartridge. This cartridge is only one of ten cartridges for the Pro 9500 Mark II printer I use. A lot depends upon the subject matter of the image your are printing. Overall I seem to be using more of the black cartridges like the Matte Back Ink Cartridge.
Also, generally I print single or several prints of a single image. I'm not into mass production of an image - that is for commercial printers which I do use occasionally.
Good question but I don't think there is a definitive answer.

I have always been very pleased with my PGI-9 procurements from
Adorama! I have bought over $1000 worth of cartridges from them!
The best bargain is the 10 Pack Total replacement set.
I then reorder most used individual cartridges to level out my on self reserve.
I can highly recommend Adorama as a reliable supplier!
Due to the low sells of Canon Pro9500 Mark II professional printers, it is nearly impossible to find a walk-in store that has them on the self!
I have searched everywhere on and off the internet and have not found a better source for PGI-9 Cartridges than Adorama!

Robert Lee HoggRICHARD G : All of the PGI-9 cartridges are 14mlARNLADO T : Is about 10 mlDAVID K : I attended college classes the winter quarter of 2011, and I printed a lot of class materials with black ink, so I ran out of this ink sooner, and when I purchased the full set of colors I bought an extra of what I had used the most of. We don't do a lot of printing, but I think I have to buy a full set of ink once or twice a year, and then some extra colors or blacks at the same time depending on what is low. I don't always get if figured exactly right, but I try to have enough so that I won't run out of in. Presently I have enough of all colors to last a while except for green which is the lowest, and I will order some green then I can wait a short time before I have to order the full set. I have ordered extras of others too, but right now I can't remember which ones they are. So, I try to figure what I have used the most, and what I need, and then order accordingly.ANN K : Sorry, I don't know how to answer that. Still the best
I have tried after-market ink, but overall genuine Canon inks are the best. Good, true color, less print head cleaning, generally longer life both overall, and in terms of drying up prematurely. For me, the money saved isn't worth the intangible value of not quite as good color, or the time value (and ink waste) of more frequent head cleaning.

Great ink.
I use my Pixma Pro Mark II printer professionally and use a lot of this ink. Two issues, it costs too much and the printer uses more gray than any other color. Me and my customers love the results.

Great quality and value
These cartridges are used in a Canon PIXMA Pro 9500 Mk II, for printing photos and high-quality documents. In 5 years I have had 1 clog, easily cleared with an ordinary (as opposed to "deep") cleaning. Colors and clear and consistent and, despite the apparent smallish size of the tanks, they actually last longer, and therefore end up being cheaper, than the ink set in a different brand utility printer I also use. Highly reccomended.

Great, but pricey
Great inks for sure, but tiny capacity and very expensive...the cartridges need to be replaced all the time. Still, great printer, and the images always come out looking terrific.

Good Ink - BEST PRICE
The Pixma Pro 9500 Mark II makes a beautiful print. The ink cartridges are small and don't last very long. Adorama has the best prices for buying this product.

It works
This product is required for the Pixma pro9500 Mark 2. This printer requires 10 such cartridges costing, depending on source and sales, between $15 - 25. I have had my printer for many years, and hope that it will always be in stock. In any case, it becomes a matter of how much a nearly perfect print is worth to you. I have tried several replacement cartridge sources, and the money-back guarantee must be some kind of employee inside joke.

great inks from canon
I have been using canon for over 8 years now in my canon printers I have a canon Pro mark 2 and only use canon because it the best you can buy I will always use it .Your get prints and great color from it and love the way Adorama sell it at the right price too.

Always Empty
I really like the quality of the photos I print on my Canon 9500 printer, but this gray ink is always running out. When I order the package of ink for the printer I always order 2 extra gray inks because it runs out that rapidly.

Great deal on genuine Canon Ink!
I use the Canon PGI-9 Combo Multi Pack inks in my older Canon 9500 for printing photographic images. The results are great! Adorama's prices are very competitive for these genuine Canon inks and they are quick to ship! Even though the pricing is competitive for this genuine Canon ink set, I do admit to wishing the prices were even lower. However, I am committed to using the genuine Canon inks for consistency, quality and print life.

Ink cartridge capacity is too small
While the Canon Pro9500 printer does an excellent job in printing photographic quality prints, the small capacity of the ink cartridges means that they need to be replaced too frequently. Over the year the cost of ink really mounts up!

Great Deal for a great product!
I use this ink in my Canon 9500 and it performs well, consistantly producing great prints. I do wish the capacity of the individual tanks were greater and that the price was less, however, Adorama has the best price I have found for this genuine Canon ink set and ships promptly!

Wish I didn't constantly run out!
I love this pigment and all the pigments I use for my Canon Pixma printer. But I can't keep enough in stock. Wish they could find a way to refill or design bigger cartridges for my printer. There seems to be room physically, inside the printer, but the cartridges made are too small.

Only Use Canon Ink
I hadn't used the printer for quite some time and had to clean the printhead so the ink could start flowing. I prefer to only use Canon ink for my Canon printers. Now it's printing great. It's better to get the Combo Value Multi Pack, and Adorama has the best prices.

Have been putting this type of ink in my canon pixma pro 9500 printer for over a year now and would not want to switch, printer and ink work great for me.This Ink is suppose to be long lasting and with the paper choice I use with the printer ( CANON'S PHOTO PAPER PLUS SEMI-GLOSS)I get excellent results, try it some time!
