Bought this recently and am happy with it so far. I did a fair amount of research before buying this printer and for the price point it fits what I need. This is actually my first Canon printer and I just need a basic printer for home that we can occasionally use to scan documents. Print quality and speed are both quite good... better than my previous other brand printer. Only issue I have had with with printer, like a number of other reviewers I've read across various platforms, setting up the Wi-Fi was quite laborious - for clarification, I had no serious issues connecting the printer to the Wi-Fi... I could not get the printer to connect to any of my computers; that was the problem. I am a Mac user but that was not the issue. I tried for hours and hours, and over a day or two (off and on) and then I finally remembered something some other reviewer had said... the printer didn't like their Mesh Wi-Fi system, so I switched the printer over to my single Wi-Fi router (provided by my internet provider) and I was able to get 2 different MacBook Pro's connected to the printer in about 10 seconds - no joke.

I was looking for an upgrade that was not wireless (i.e. with a cable) and this was what was suggested by the helpful customer service person. The machine works as expected with no glitches at all.

I bought this as a small-job home.office limited-use tool and it hasn't performed as I'd hoped. It doesn't connect to the internet or my computer without rebooting every day. It spins and "processes" for really long periods of time. The ink cartridges run empty really quickly. It's a time suck to get it to work when I need to and invariably doesn't work when I don't have time to get it to work. I've been pretty disappointed with it.

This printer is never working. It is on but I constantly get a "cannot connect to this printer". I am always having to restart it. I can't use any of the features like scan to computer, phone or email, none of them work. I have downloaded all the software but nothing works. Also, why do I need 10 pieces of software to work a printer? This is the most complicated printer. Save your money and get something else. I will NEVER buy Canon again!!!

My rating would be higher but the paper sometimes jams where the paper gets to the print carriage. It seems like a piece of felt dislodged from the bottom of the carriage base. Please direct me to the next steps to repair

I regret that I purchased this printer. My last Canon printer finally died after 11 years. Did a bit of online searching and ordered the TS7720, because of the brand, price, and reasonably good reviews. The first thing I noticed is that Canon is now Big Brother, watching everything I print. Second, I find the ability to customize print settings for odd sized papers are very limited, and print menus are not as robust as older generation Canon printers. Paper jams occur almost every time I print. Once the jam is cleared, it takes an extraordinarily long time for the printer to process that it was cleared, and then to reprint the document. Very disappointed, I've trusted the Canon brand for years. Would not recommend this printer to a friend or family member.

This was the worst printer I've ever purchased. I literally smashed it to pieces last week because it was useless. I can't quantify the hours of wasted time this trash has sucked from my life. 1. This thing is very temperamental. It's constantly in error mode, and often just fails to print at all. It takes 35-40 minutes for a 1-2 page print job because it's useless. 2. These ink cartridges run out faster than anything I've ever seen. You can print about 5-6 photos and that's it, 70 bucks down the drain. For the love of all that is holy do not purchase a Canon product. Pick literally any other name brand.

I did internet research before I purchased. Per this I felt confident in this all in one model. Well after purchasing and hooking this up what a huge disappointment. Let's list the problems: 1. Lack of an instruction book. All you get is the page on how to hook up sheet. I would like to know how to use it once hooked up but NO. I had to go to the internet to find one. Once I found it it is over 500 pages and was confusing plus did not explain certain things forcing me to call Canon multiple times. 2. Inserting and changing ink cartridges. SHOULD be simple and NOT require having unit on to do this. But NO. Have to have unit on, open this then watch this part move over to then insert cartridges. 3. Scan option is far too confusing. Here is why I had to call Canon multiple times. The INTERNET instruction book does not make sense. 4. Copy option is selective. To say it copies what it wants NOT what you want. 5. I use "Word Pad" alot. I print these alot. Normally I just print in black. So this SHOULD mean you set printer to black and it would be black until you need to change it. But that is not how it works. Printer "Word Pad" is set for color.

I like the size of this printer because it doesn't take up too much space. We mostly just need a printer to print out documents that needs our signature and what not so it works well for us.

I received this printer complimentary of Influenster. It came at the perfect time to print tax information and print some business logos. It has an easy set up and is very compact in any space. It's pretty sleek and modern looking as well with a lot of features. This printer would be perfect for a student or someone like me who works from home. I would definitely recommend, especially for the affordable price!

I have been using the Canon TS7720 printer for nearly a month and I am very satisfied. The machine has a beautiful and compact design, very suitable for placing on the desk. The ink is also very nice, the colors are vibrant and the ink sprays evenly. Fast printing speed but still ensures color quality. The machine is also easy to use and install. To think that Canon printers are of good quality and durable.

I'll start off with what I like. - compact - quick printing - only 2 ink cartridges - in expensive - east to connect to computer & Phone Cons - the quality of print decreased significantly after 14 color pages of valentine cards. There was about a 2in X 2in color design on the font. Overall, I'd still recommend

I have never had a wireless printer before and was concerned about the ease of use. I am happy to say that I had no issues setting it up and using it regularly. The prints look good and it is just easy to use. I like it a lot and definitely recommend it.

This printer arrived on time for my family as my daughter needed a printer for her school project. This printer comes with two cartriges, one is black and the other one is colored. It is easy connecting by USB or Wi-Fi. The setup is easy and quick. I researched the price for the cartridge is cheap. This is great for family!

This is a great little home office printer. The print quality is exactly what you'd expect from a Canon product! The only thing I don't like are the ink cartridges. I much prefer the mega tank printers.

I was confused with set up sense it's an app and it's a manual from there ?? but I figured it out and the paper started to come out cropped in the corner however it's now working just fine so I'm very happy with this product! It copies, scans and print and you can do photos whatever u want it's awesome!! ?? I love the touch screen it reacts immediately! The canon app is easy to download n use instructions to set up!

My husband is taking college classes for engineering, and he has to print a TON each week. Our last printer died, and we were hoping to find a really nice one to replace it with. We received this one recently, and he loves it. He said it prints really clearly, and the ink lasts a long time. He's very thankful for the opportunity to try this out. It's been great for all the work he's put it through already!

This prints high quality prints, it hooks up well to computer and/or phone. One negative is that it takes awhile for it to print colored prints. Nice and sleek design with easy setup.

I love this Canon All-In-One printer! I've been a long-time user of another brand, but threw that one in the trash. The Canon Pixma TS7720 blows it out of the water with print quality, speed, and overall function. I love that it has an option for print services and ink refills as well. This is my new favorite printer brand!
