When You Need a Solid, Basic Printer
Having owned another Canon Pixma product that lasted 8 years, I wanted another Pixma product. This one takes care of everything I need - I don't need bells and whistles or an all-in-one -- just a basic printer and this one is exactly what I need.

No Comparison at this Price
This printer is unbelievably reliable, and the print quality is very good. For the price, I doubt there is a worthy comparison.

Just got it and so far so good
Just got the printer. As long as you follow the instructions and make sure your firewall isn't blocking the software download it was pretty straightforward.
Adding the Iphone app and printing from the Iphone was easy.
Will just have to use it regularly to see how the long the ink cartridges last.

This printer has caused me nothing but stress and aggravation. Doesn't connect to wifi and takes forever to reset. I wish I didn't have to even give it one star. I own a printer and have to go to the library to print. It's going in the trash today.

Awful wi-fi setting
Once the printer is turned off, it "loses" the wi-fi setup. It will take about 30-40 minutes just trying to get the printer online again.

plug and print ease, outstanding value, quality
ts302 ... the little printer with a great heart. this is a bargain at the price and should be bookmarked for that time when you need a printer asap, you're broke, you don't have time for a hassle. I even find the ink to be reasonably priced compared to some brands.

Paid app for iphone printing! Horrible WIFI setup. Not worth it.
Trying to connect the printer to wifi and then to the phone/laptop is a terrible headache. I wish I can give this 0 stars. I want to return but it's past the return date. Do NOT recommend this product! Worst printer I've ever purchased!

Maddening!!!!!
I have never met a printer that made me want to throw it out of the window until I purchased the TS 720. I find myself searching online on how to make it more functional since I made the cardinal mistake. I assume it was an all in 1 based off the price and the year we are living in. Do not buy this printer. It is useless and you go through ink considerably quicker than with other printers. My edges are about to be thinned from this overpriced joke.

ABSOLUTE WORST!!!
I've had this printer for 1 year. Every time I sent something to print, the paper jams repeatedly, typically 3-5 times before I get one printed page. EVERY TIME. I have not once successfully printed a page on the first try. I have better results by using the rear paper feed instead of the drawer, but not much better. This printer has wasted a ton on ink and my time. My efforts to reach customer service have been ignored.

Buy a Different Printer
I have owned multiple Canon printers and I do not recommend this printer for anyone. This printer does not represent Canon products very well and feels like a toy. It was also hard to setup. This printer has had multiple paper jams and multiple sheet pulls. It is very loud. I have printed less than 50 pages in the 6 months I’ve owned this printer and the ink needs to be replaced already. My assumption is, it either comes with starter cartridges or uses a lot of ink. The ink costs more than a new printer on sale, so it’s cheaper to pay a little more and just buy a new printer…definitely a different model.
I gave it 2 stars because when it didn’t jam, pull multiple sheets of paper, and had enough ink, the print was pretty good.

WORKED THE FIRST TIME I USED IT.

It prints..
On the cheaper end. Good for high school/college student or someone who prints a paper here or there.. not great for photo printing. Don’t see it lasting longer than 2 years.

TS702 is a great printer
This is a great printer for my usage. I am a online college student with 2 children in distance learning. We print all of the kids' HW assignments and most of my reading assignments. I'd say we print a lot more than the standard home user. This printer prints fast from either try with good color and quality. Setup was simple, plug and play. Network connection was easy with WPS function. Prints from phones and tablets with ease. I would definitely recommend this printer to a friend if they weren't looking for an AIO printer.

great features
It's good pricing and works fine when I had it I wish could keep it I had returned it I don't need anymore. I'm getting another one soon. but the worst part was set up to my pc and wifi. it took 2 hours with assistance. another than that work perfectly.
