Canon PIXMA TS6120 Wireless Office All-In-One Printer, White

Terrible wireless printer that I've had for far too long at this point. Consistently says the wireless strength is 50-60% even when the printer is sitting with a foot of the router (ASUS RT-AX86U, so it's not a router issue. Won't print from my new laptop and rarely prints from my desktop, which obviously defeats the purpose of a wireless printer if it won't actually print. Has known bugs coming out of sleep mode, support has no thoughts beyond "power cycle the computers, router, and printer." After 10 years of working in tech as a software engineer why didn't I think of that? Because I did and it did nothing. TL;DR: buy this printer if you want it to work with one computer and only one computer for the life of the printer. I will never purchase a Canon product ever again, personally or professionally. I will be telling everyone I support to avoid Canon products.

Somehow cannon decided to get rid of the cartridge alignment feature. BAD MOVE ya its there but after 29 sheets of waisted ink it prints the stupid boxes but never lets you choose how to FIX IT. TOTALLY DISAPOINTING. Now the whole thing wont even print right looks like cr pola

I've had this printer for a few years and it was adequate for awhile. Now that I am using Starlink Better than beta to connect to the internet, I can't get the printer to "recognize" Starlink. I had turned off the old router ( Central Link to test it. Nothing. I reconnected the CL router, nothing... So I can't print anything unless its a copy or scanner. I've used a usb cord to do it with wire...nothing

It will print good photos if you can get it to work. Wireless feature goes out and no USB port for adding info. Directions on how to use and program are very vague. Unless you are a computer geek, don't buy.

I've had my Canon PIXMA TS6120 for about 4-5 months now. The paper jams very frequently. When I go to print ANY document, I have to click on the printer icon on the computer to pause the printer then restart it just to get a document to print. Runs out of ink too fast (and I am not a frequent printer. I only print when absolutely necessary. Parts are flimsy. The paper tray does not hold enough paper for a single user. Because of the paper jams I must refill my paper frequently. The one good thing about it is, that it has a colorful display and the scan feature is okay. Sorry but I would not suggest buying this printer. It is not worth it! Spend a little more money to invest in a better printer.

The printer arrived in a timely manner and was easy to set up. I instructions were easy to follow and complete so the printer was up and running in just a few minutes. It was a good experience from beginning to end and I am very satisfied.

I can't believe what a great copier this is! I especially like the fact that if I run out of a color, I can still print--unlike other copiers which if you run out of yellow it won't allow you to print something in Black and White! Awesome!

I purchased this printer as a gift for my girlfriend to make her life easier. She does creative photos/pictures as a side-hustle and we couldn't be more pleased with the PIXMA TS6120. It's versatile, the print quality was OUTSTANDING and the set-up was incredibly quick and easy. I'm thrilled!

Am very pleased. Have successfully used Canon printers at home for decades. Needed an AirPrint printer. Chose Canon PIXMA TS6120 even though there were several negative reviews. The PIXMA TS6120 that I bought hasn’t exhibited any problems. Recommend that all purchasers read all instructions before attempting to setup the printer.

Purchased this Canon PIXMA TS6120 upon the reccomendations of the Canon person who I was dealing with last week. I just hooked it up to my WIFI and that was not very pleasant for me. I prefer USB because it's much easier to install. I did not go into the this page before my purchase. I printed something simple and the printer did what I told it to do. What happens in the future is up for grabs. Hopefully I will not have too many issues this is why I haven't purchased any ink because I want to see what happens with this printer in the future.

I have had it two months and it has to be the worst performing printer I have owned. Constantly disconecting from wifi and have to fiddle with it for a long time almost every time I use it. Would never recommend this product. Prier HP printer was 7 years old and thought I'd update and save on having that one repaired. Bad move on my part.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion, I had another printer in my home office that I paid for previously and I prefer to use this one over the one I purchased previously because I strongly prefer the size and functionality of this printer. I like using this printer very much. I have owned several desktop printers in the past, and they have really come a long way as far as reliability and functionality. This printer goes above and beyond because it doesn’t only print, it also scans and copies, which is super convenient. All the controls are navigated through the touch screen display which explains what is happening while functions are processed within the printer. My favorite feature of all is the Canon app, I was able to link this printer directly to my iPhone and I can easily print any documents from my phone without even having to turn on my desktop computer. This printer takes several ink cartridges but they are available in XL sizes so there is the option to purchase the larger ones and have the ink last longer. The setup was easy and it walked me through each step.
