I've had this printer for months now and just love all the features. If for any reason I have any problems, a Canon rep is always there for me. Great Product.

I rarely leave reviews. But I had to, to spare others the money and stress you?ll spend when trying to use this printer. You can only put a sheet of paper in the feeder at a time to ensure it prints properly. If your feeding the paper in from the top you have to hold it in place with your hands to make sure it goes through otherwise it will keep saying out of paper. When the paper finally gets through the printer will tell you it?s jammed and that?s just with one sheet of paper. It?s such an inconvenience and a waste of money and time. I absolutely hated it. Do not buy. It?s now in the trash!

The ease of use of this printer is pathetic. I had to get an IT friend in to connect it to the wifi and then when I tried to add the app and connect it to my wife's phone it disconnected and I can't get it connected again. The website is useless, the app is useless and customer service is nonexistent. Basically I've got a pretty paper weight that I want to take a sledge hammer to.

Have used this in my home office for over a year. Used as printer and scanner both. Consistent quality prints and very few jams (ony jams I've experienced were with extremely heavy bond paper.

Every time that I go to print there is a paper jam! Clear out and replace the paper in the tray and still there will be a jam. Then the dreaded “Take out paper tray and tap” notice appears. Wow, I finally resorted to tapping it with a hammer - guess what? No more jammed paper in the tray.

This is the worst printer ever. I bought this for my husband and I'm so sorry I gifted it to him. My mom also owns this computer and she has trouble with it. Totally my bad for not asking her for her review before gifting it. It's difficult to use and it seems to come up with an excuse to not print no matter what the job is. Mybe you have to be a professional printer to use this product... I wont easily connect to the internet to print things off and it doesn't copy and print easily. 2 VERY easy tasks that it can NOT preform. A waste of money.

So far, even though I haven’t used all of the features, I love this printer. It has been very easy to set up and use with my Apple devices. It does much more and offers much higher quality than the HP all-in-one that it replaces. It is also smaller and much more pleasant to use. As an artist I can also really appreciate the quality of of Canon inks.

Had it about a month now. Very happy with the printer. No problem connecting to PC and Android Tablet ,Cloud very easy. Fast printing and very quite. Printed Duplex document took about 40 seconds, Prints beautiful photos. This printer replaced my old MX922 and its far superior to that one. I recommend this printer.

Printer works just fine, but getting the printer to "talk" with the computer was a bit different. Using both the CD and the on-line version for the 'conversations' took at least eight attempts (doing the same things for each version before being successful. This I just don't understand.

I purchased this printer to print photos. I'm impressed by the quality especially for a 70 dollar printer. Was quick and easy to set up and I moved it twice to new networks very simple to set up again. As I said before the quality is great. Not sure about ink consumption yet. A great replacement for my old Pixma MP 530. Which by the way still prints well. I will buy another if this one fails in a reasonable amount of time. Oh I also bought one for my daughter for Christmas this year because it's easy to set up. She is computer set up challenged. LOL

After 6 years, my Canon 6330 Pixma printer needed upgrading .Returned to Best Buy to compare Canon with other vendor personal printers. By far, I found Canon TS8220 met upgrade needs with attractive pricing.

The photo printing feature is great, but the Ltd size paper print function jams almost every time we print. There is a grinding noise when it starts to jam.

Bought this printer as replacement for my old Canon MG 8220 printer until I can figure out how to clear the "ink absorber full" error code on the old unit (Went to Best Buy, the authorized local service facility, but they said "we don't have the tools". The TS 8220 construction looks flimsy in comparison but it does a beautiful job and costs less than the ink. The standard ink tanks are only filled to 5.5 ml but are available at greater fill levels for a price. The supplied CD was handy for making a wireless connection between the new printer and my router and Windows 7 desktop computer. Will need to download drivers from the internet for my Mac OS Mojave laptop but couldn't find any yet.

The first week or two it was amazing. Then it started to jam. Every time I tried to use it I would have to clear the jam, then it would print fine. Leave it for a few days and then another paper jam. Called support and it worked great again for a few days, then the jamming started again. Never know if it will print or jam. Just a luck of the draw.

Five stars as a printer, but I can't get over the feeling that closing the cover manually is wrong. Opens with a motor, but you have to close the tray and then the front, unless someone else can find instructions to the contrary. So I just leave it open and dust it.

I purchased the TS8220 3 months ago. The only problem I've experience is associated with the rear side paper jams.Support Code 1303 (paper jammed in the transport unit. About 75% print requests result in paper jams which requires removing the rear cover which reveals the paper rapped over the transport unit. It a challenge to get my fat fingers in to grab the paper to remove it. Once the paper is removed and the transport is reassembled 2 sheets feed through but the page jams in the transport unit. I maybe doing something wrong. I think the photo printer is great! I haven't used the FAX and copy features. I also own a LBP6020W which I am very pleased with.

I recently purchased this printer and, so far, I have been very pleased. The pictures it prints (which is one of the main reason I purchased this printer) are beautiful. Unlike some folks who complained about the setup, I was up and connected in under 5 minutes. For those folks who complain about the amount of ink used, there are always settings that you can change so normal docs, like Word, print out in draft mode - which uses less ink. I did a lot of research before I settled on this printer -- as a Photo Self Professed Amateur I wanted to be able to print pictures that looked nice enough to display. I am quite pleased with my purchase.

I bought this printer to replace an earlier Canon printer which I really liked. This one is a different matter. It is very temperamental. Sometimes it will print, sometimes it won't, for no obvious reason. Plastic moving parts seem flimsy, as well. I am a long-time fan of Canon, so this printer is a real disappointment for me.
