This is the worst printer I have ever had. It constantly goes Offline, will not stay connected to my laptop. Beyond frustrating. Never again will I buy a Canon product.

I bought this not even two months ago. I recently got it out of the box and started using it. The paper trays weren?t reading right. Now it doesn?t print anything and says it?s offline. I took it to the store and they won?t help because I didn?t buy the protection plan. I have not been able to talk to anyone on how to repair it. I?ve always been loyal to Canon but now I?m moving on to another brand.

From day one the printer made a loud noise and started having 5012 errors. And now completely unusable after just a year without being able to clear the 5012 error. Customer support was unhelpful.

I bought this 10 months ago. The first 6 months, it printed amazing pictures. Then the color and quality of the pictures went down hill. I thought it was the ink drying up, so I bought new ink and the picture quality got worse. Called technical support, went thru the cleaning and deep cleaning motions, was told to let it rest for 24 hours and see how it prints the next day. It was printing WORSE! The scanner never worked, but I really bought the thing because I wanted to be able to print pictures. The printer is still covered under warranty (for 2 more months so I'm getting a replacement, but I'd really rather switch to a completely different brand at this point. I had my last Canon for 10years, so this is a big disappointment.

It does not detect paper in rear tray. I'm losing my mind trying to print photos. I need to go back to HP printers which I've always had.

Won't print properly. Won't print discs at all, keeps telling me "error" and spits disc out. No warning whatsoever. Just decided to break on me.

I bought this printer not quite 2 years ago. It has been made so cheaply that the plug that goes from printer to a socket falls out several times everyday. The metal prongs are so short that the plug will not stay in. I literally had to hold it in with my fingers so the plug did not fall out. Now, the plug fell out while I was not printing and I cannot find which plug will work. So the printer with scanner is virtually useless. P[LUS, the printer ink is terribly expensive and needs to be replaced constantly. Save your money. Find another printer.

I bought this new and have use it less than 20 times. It CONSTANTLY throws error codes, requiring restarts and unplugging. “Paper jam” when there is no paper, etc. Refers me to a Canon service center, but those guys tell me it’s not worth fixing. Super buggy.

This printer was recommended by my computer guy. From the get go, I have had trouble with it. It was replaced but I had the same issues-it doesn't recognize tanks as authentic. I bought them from Cannon. How do I get my money back. I don't have the time to keep calling Canon about it.

A couple of days ago, I gave this product a 4 star review which I now regret. Yesterday, while printing some documents, it started giving me ERROR 1003 which means the paper tray had ran out of paper when the tray is actually full. Whatever I do, I can't clear this error, very disappointing.

Set up was relatively easy. I had a few issues, but once I reviewed the information Canon sent they were solved. Printing is flawless. I haven't printed photos or scanned documents yet.

First of all, I've owned nothing but CANON printers for the last 25-30 years. They have served me well during that time. Fast forward and my last printer was a MG7720(? loved it, but it just wore out after a busy career. I used that one, because of space constraints. When it died I needed another forward feeding and exiting paper path, but no MG's were any longer available, sooo, enter a TS8320.........what a truly stand out piece of junk ! I have had an unending multitude of different, frustrating problems. The latest and worst are constant paper jams. The printer is still under warranty, but I dread getting getting the same, miserable replacement.

I bought this printer after my mx922 died after 7 years of heavy use. Setup was a breeze. The printer is much quieter that my other printer and is fast and efficient. Colors are excellent!

Great looking printer, seems to perform well. I find the paper tray difficult to operate - the paper positioning is tricky/sensitive and I frequently have to readjust it several times before it feeds correctly. Also, the tray is very cheaply made and not very sturdy. I haven't yet figured out how to print envelopes on this. Display controls are good and installation was generally okay. I need to use this printer with a computer that is not connected to the internet and this was initially rather difficult as the CD enclosed did not automatically install the software so that the printer would work, but with some file transfers and a few trial and error efforts, it turned out okay, I don't yet know how well the ink cartridges will do as I haven't had it long. The printer sits quite close to a heater and cartridges dried up prematurely on the last printer I had. I don't really like that there are so many cartridges to install and track. Please simplify!!! Better yet, make a standard cartridge for ALL Canon printers. Please.

Well it does have a certain fragile plastic feel, but the quality of the image, especially for the price, is outstanding.

Have NEVER been able to get this to work. The amount of drivers and plugins and configuration settings required to print from this thing is unmanageable. Mine will constantly say it is CONNECTED to the wifi, but no chance my laptop will recognize it. Canon's support is a MAZE of help manuals with no accessible phone number or chat. Absolutely terrible product. Don't buy it.

I've owned this printer less than 24 hours and it's immediately getting sent back. Other reviews have mentioned the software being a pain but I figured it was just their misunderstanding on how to use it properly. Wrong. I've been using printers for almost 20 years, this was by far the most difficult to setup. Constant error messages, couldn't access the wifi even after multiple restarts, still can't get it to scan from the control panel. Every single part of this printer feels like it's about to break. The printer quality doesn't make up for any of the above, if it was outstand then maybe but it's really not. Basically there's nothing good to say about this product. Getting my money back will probably be the best part of owning this machine.

Like who make printers with so many issues just to get started in 2020? I'm beginning to think these companies do this on purpose to induce stress. For over an hour I've been trying to get this printer to print but it gives me an error message that I can't find any information about online or in their manual. " And before that, it took 30 minutes for it to locate my wifi network. I went online to find a support # and there were over 30 depending on the type of device or product I owned. It was way more than necessary to choose from, making this more stressful and complex. Finally, I call and the operator sends me through to a recording that tells me it will be about 34 minutes before I get someone. Like I said Pain the a**********

I purchased this printer about a month ago and I am so pleased with it. First it doesn't take all the room on my desk the Canon PIXMA M922 took and it does the same Job for near half the price. It prints beautiful pictures and CD/DVD's. I print many CD/DVD's and I am surprised how beautiful it prints them. I highly recommend this printer and give it an excellent rating. I found none of the negatives in some reviews to be true. I find nothing wrong with the quality of the printing.

This printer is difficult to use. It often gives out erroneous error messages, and then does not allow you to over ride them. It drives me crazy. It can take me 30 minutes or more to get the results I want, and sometimes it never really prints what I want, how I want it. It is very fussy about what type of paper goes in which paper input. My Canon MG7500 was much easier to use, and more versatile, but that died after after a less than 4 years. On the positive side, it does print great photos.

Good from start to current time. Shipping was fast and printer arrived in good shape. Setup was simple. I especially like the separate photo and letter trays. It allows me to quickly switch from printing documents to small printed photo's of great grandchildren. It appears to be a bit heavy on ink usage, but I do like the automatic ink ordering whenever it gets low.

I was looking for a MFP to replace My PIXMA MG7720 that died after almost 5 years of flawless performance. I am an amateur wildlife photographer, and my wife and I show Great Danes. We take lots of photos daily. I need to scan/copy documents from time to time, but the production of high-quality color photos is what really gets me excited! The PIXMA TS8320 was a little time consuming to set up, but all went well after a few blunders. The quality of the photo prints is magnificent; better than the MG7720. I probably should have given it 5 stars, but one feature annoyed me. It only has one internal paper tray. If you alternate between photo paper and 8.5 x 11 letter stock you must change the paper in the tray each time you switch. The only other alternative is to use the external "back" document feeder. Nonetheless I am thrilled with this printer, and I highly recommend it to others. I should add that owners of Canon printers are foolish if they try to save money by purchasing non-Canon ink and photo paper. Genuine Canon ink and photo paper works as a team with Canon printers to give stunning results. Don't sacrifice quality to save a few dollars.

It was easy to set up, but the top lid keeps falling off. The clips that the top is hard to reattach. If doing much copying this will need to be handled with care.

Overall it is a good printer. Easy set up to all our devices. Print quality is good. It is a little slow to respond, but that seems common among this class of home printer. Pleased for the price!

This printer / scanner copier is small and inexpensive. There is a touch screen for settings and performing operations such as copying. It's wireless is easy to setup; after setup, it can print from phones and tablets as well as computers. It prints photos with true to life color tones and excellent color saturation, due in part to the 5 different color cartridges (there is also a 6th cartridge with black ink for common text printing. Scanning is easy and has good resolution. Very pleased with this purchase.

A great value, very capable, printer

This is my second Canon printer, and I use a Canon digital camera. I needed a printer that was very good for photographs up to 10 x 8 size, as well as printing letters and greeting cards, and this offers excellent quality at a reasonable speed. Once I got used to which side up for paper (which has some differences from my earlier printer and remembering to click which binding edge for two-side printing, I'm having no problems. The wi-fi connection with my iMac and iPhone works perfectly. ...
