Every other ink cartridge that I install leaks. I've gotten ink on my printer table, carpet and all over me. If you enjoy becoming covered in printer ink, buy this printer. When it breaks I will not replace it with another Canon product.

Canon is fully aware of this product being defective. Once a paper jam happens the printer will no longer print fully any more. Only printed about 10%-70% of the page gets printed. This is a known flaw with no solution. Once this happens your printer is broken and will need a new one.

I have had this for a few years and it has never worked right since day 1. No firmware updates. Never any Canon products again after this.. There times like tonight where it took me an hour to print an 18 page daycare report on a PDF off a website. Had to restart the printer multiple times and just get stuck doing nothing or would get stuck in the middle of doing some printing. This is the worst printer I've ever encountered which sucks because I had high hopes for it. The sad thing is it doesn't print through Canon's own print service apps. Works well when it does but please tell me when that is ahead of time before I try to use it, so ill save time.

I bought this as a black friday deal about 2 or 3 years ago, one of many mistakes I've made in my life. The print quality is fine for what I need to do with it but neither one of my computers can EVER recognize that the printer is on, even with 91% signal strength. I can get it to connect once in a great while to print. It's a breeze printing from my phone but God forbid I have to print from my computer! I'm heated from this thing not working right now. No problem from my phone! I can scan to my computer from the printer without issues. It's basically a 1 way connection 75% of the time.

I purchased this printer approximately 8 months ago, because it supported my hp chromebook's cloud printing. I learned in January 2021, that the Cannon Pixma ts9120, is no longer compatible with my chromebook. So, now I am stuck with this product and no available support from the manufacturer

Had this printer for about 14 months and during a random day of printing, something inside broke and the printer would spit out 1 sheet perfectly fine but the second would stop halfway and then I would get a paper jam error...even though its not jam and its the printer making it stop halfway. And it would repeat over and over.

I've had this printer for awhile and it works fine, scans, copies and prints just fine. But every time I change the ink I get it all over me and anything nearby. I've never had a printer where the ink was so messy.

I bought this several months ago hoping for an affordable printer/scanner/copier for occasional home use. I have spent more hours than I care to admit trying to get this machine to perform the most basic of functions. At one point both my wife and my computer was connected to it now just my wife's computer can connect to the printer. Scanner is non barely functional.

This is a piece of garbage and has been since I bought it. The scanner has never worked, and the printer has only worked from time to time. Apparently the wifi that is sufficient to run my computer is not enough for the scanner and only on a good day for the printer. Now, even though the monitor shows I have plenty of ink, it is difficult even to see the colors on the nozzle check sheet, even after a deep clean. Just another piece of ewaste to follow the PRO-100 which was dead on arrival. Canon - stick to cameras, save us all the hassle.

We have continual offline problems that are very difficult to resolve. Uses copious amounts of ink. It refuses to print when ink is showing low but not empty. Truly is a worthless machine. I’ll never waste money on a Canon printer again.

The plug-in for the printer cable is in the most-awkward and poorly accessible deep-down location. I installed and was able to print a nice picture, then had to install and app to enable additional printing. The cd disc-print tray stuck along with the printed paper tray. The flap over the paper holder came off. The image garden has to be installed separately for copying. Support put me on hold for 17 minutes before my phone timed out; this happened 2 more times before I gave up.

The Cannon TS9120 is not a reliable printer. It constantly jams so much that I’m surprised when it actually prints a document. There are times I must reboot the printer to have it print. Many times I receive an error message that printer is out of paper even with a full tray. If you are looking to be frustrated every time you want to print something then this is the printer for you. My advice is to “stay away” from the Cannon TS9120.

I bought this unit Oct. 17, 2018 and the scanner & printer have worked great until yesterday. I was trying to print and the Magenta needed changing. I changed it and nothing came out. I have tried Cleaning, Deep Cleaning many many times. I have changed every cartridge in the printer at least once and I still can't get a usable print of a simple page of text. Attached are picture of the original document, the printed output and all the cartridges that have been changed. Now I have run out of the 1st color (Magenta and do not have a replacement. Right now I'm waiting until Monday and I talk to some one. Right now I wish that I had just bought a printer, so I could throw it away!

This was my second Canon printer. I purchased it on the strength off the first. For some reason it was always thinking I wanted to print on a disc. Canon support was excellant, very nice, helpful but the problem stayed with me until I removed the disc tray. The second issue was that we could not air print without first turning on the printer. Our old Canon would just turn itself on when the request was made. It did print beautify, photos inclueded. I wouldn't hesitate buying a Canon printer, I think they produce a quality product. I will most likely stay with them just not with theTS9120!

I should have just purchased the newer version of the HP all in one. This one was a total pain to set up (the reviewers on Amazon were right.. , barely works at all with my phone, prints slowly, often hangs on print jobs, turns off on its own (does NOT wake up when you request that it print for you), is a extremely picky (please close the feeder flap, please open the rear tray....), And the print quality really isn't that much better-certaibly not enough to justify the pain in the rear. I love my super high quality photo printer from Canon but I wish I could undo this purchase.

This will be the last time I buy a canon printer. I pray ever time I print that it will work. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER.

I've had this printer for a while. I use it for printing photos. Unfortunately I feel like the ink cartridges do not last at all. I bought all new cartridges on 12/8/18. They ran out so quickly I needed to order more on 2/21/19. It’s getting expensive to own this printer! I only order Canon Ink. They are now getting low again! I don't really print all that many pictures for them to be running out so quickly. I don't understand why I have to keep spending all this money on ink. I've owned Canon printers before and never went through ink so quickly. My last printer was an Epson so I was kind of happy to be back with a Canon but I'm not happy now at all.

I absolutely love this printer. I realize there are bigger printers with more bells and whistles, but this prints fabulous pictures and fits nicely in my small office space. Love it!

I bought this printer mainly for its ability to print on CD/DVD discs. It does a nice job of printing on CD/DVDs and the paper printing is very clear and easy to read. Great printer for the price.

The printer worked just once after installing the necessary software from the c.d. provided. Now, the wireless connection no longer works. The wired LAN connection does not even work. I printed a network diagnostic, and one of the codes was "c-3" (I believe this means that it cannot find my IP address. To cut to the punchline, this printer has difficulty communicating with other devices, and the troubleshooting software does not seem to help.

Since the 1980's when I first started using a computer, my printer(s were always Canon; none could compare no matter what the professional reviewers wrote. Often I would compare my Canon printed color photo or picture with someone else's non-Canon photo or picture, which was supposed to be "the best" color printer - and win - grudgingly. Usual excuse for the other printer was, "but mine prints faster"! Personally, I've always preferred quality to speed. Now I've giving this TS9120 a failing score and to be clear, I am in the process of trying to find one with the Canon quality of old - great printing but NO problems. The problems with this printer are major to me. I have many, many technical problems and machine failures with this one, even though the color quality is still excellent. But color quality is not as important - it seems - as the actual ability to print your project without paper jams, inability to "duplex print", or other error messages that have no relation to what I'm asking of my printer, and just general impediments to finishing the job easily. The Canon ability to monitor my printer online doesn't seem to be beneficial, so this is my Review - and a complaint to Canon.

I bought this printer primarily for it's ability to print directly to CD/DVDs. While printing photos on paper is great, printing to DVDs not so much. The included "My Image Garden" software is, at best, anemic in features for formatting. And, 3rd party software is not supported - no setup on my mac could access the DVD tray. But the printer for photo printing - not for direct to DVD/CD printing.

I bought this new printer when my old canon printer died of printer header failure. I do not do a lot of printing so this type of printer is best for me to do photo prints and docuemets. It is a compact printer very stylish for printers and very easy to set up in my wifi network.

This printer replaced my ip6600d aging printer. This TS9120 prints as well as the old Canon. The photos are exquisite and the text prints are crisp down to 8 points. I also appreciate all of the modern functions such as wireless connectivity and mobile printing. An additional benefit is the size and weight. If there is one downside, this printer appears to slightly use more ink in printing photos. Hats off to Canon once again.

As good as advertised.

I had a PIXMA printer for eight years, but would no longer scan because of Apple’s latest OS upgrade. When I visited with Canon, they said they would not be upgrading the printer software to work with the latest Apple operating system. Canon suggested the TS9120 because it had only been out for a few months and it was much like my old printer. They were correct except this unit supported AirPrint so I can now print from my iPad and iPhone. AirPrint works perfectly along with quality scanning...

I received a free Canon Pixma TS9120 RD printer in exchange for my honest and transparent review of the printer after several weeks of use. The Pixma is a welcome upgrade to all of our past printers in the convenience and technology it offers. One of its main features, wireless and mobile printing, work very well. The wireless printing on the Pixma is very fast, and works in an even longer range than advertised. Mobile printing is very neat, and very effective. Another very good feature is...
