Helpful but fragile
The pop-up shades makes taking pictures in bright sun easier, but it is a little more fragile than I like. The top will break off if not handled carefully,

on all my cameras
Protects the LCD screen, allows better viewing in bright light - I have one on all my small digital cameras and recommend it to all my friends. Easy to install.

Wonderful
I bought this to protect the screen and to shade it so I could see it better. It does all that, easily, and comes off, just as easily, when you don't want or need it. It eliminates any need for a camera cover.

Great Protection for LCD Screen!
I bought this shade to put on my camera before a trip to Africa. I don't know how much help it was as a shade, but it was a great protector for my screen. I didn't need a camera case with this shade in place - was very handy and definitely worth its small price. I've had no problems with it sticking to the camera.
