Since purchasing this product via Adorama, I have not once seen it print correct. The device presents an error message about the heating unit failing. The PLA does not get hot enough to print. Customer service from 3DSystems has required me to go through multiple steps, emails, and testing, only to have determined it is not a heating issue (on their end). The cube device seems to think differently, as it continues to present an error messaging stating just that. I just want my money back... and that does not seem to be an option either. I would never recommend this device.
