I had meant to purchase this product for some time. Realizing that so many people may be seeing my photos in different ways, I was always a bit nervous about sharing my photo's. I had tried Calibrize, and on board software and tuning techniques, but, that was subject to interpretation. After ordering, I was amazed at the quality difference and how my photo's displayed on other PC's and devices. I quickly shared this with the Media arts director at Buck Knives and calibrated her monitors as well. She purchased one the next day and calibrated her work computers. She was complimented on how spot on her work was from the graphics arts department. This product opens up doors and encourages a photographer to explore as well as manage their colors. I would say that this product is an essential part of any Photographer/Graphics persons tool kit.

I was always disappointed in my prints because they didn't look like the images on my monitor. This makes it much easier to calibrate the monitor, and ultimately your camera's display screen.

I was constantly disappointed with the over saturation of my images when viewed on any monitor other than my own. The Spyder Elite was easy to set up and use and now I can have confidence that my saturation levels are spot on!

I have two different brands of monitors and this product has matched the profiles so that all monitors show the same colors accurately. This is a must for seeing exactly how other people will also see my images too. It was worth it if you are serious on how your images will display and/or print. Very easy to install and use the product.

The device works as advertised. The unit provides a fast way to balance out the two monitors I use it to dabble in Affinity Photo. Now both monitors look identical although they are from different manufacturers. The Spyder is easy to set up and does all the work for you. Couldn't be simpler or faster. The completed work of the Spyder is saved on the computer and each time the computer boots up, the profile is applied. Thanks!

For years I have been guessing about the accuracy of my monitors. As good as I think my eyes are they can't differentiate minute imperfections of color and brightness as well as the Spyder5 Elite. It is nice to be able to know what I see on the screen is an accurate representation of what the printed output will be. Also, I can get my dual monitor setup matched. My only problem was that the documentation did not go into as much detail as I would have liked. Fortunately, I was able to figure it all out on my own. This is my reason for four instead of five stars.

I purchased the Spyder 5 Elite to calibrate my 2014 MacBook Pro with 15" Retina display. I also use an Apple Cinema Display (non Thunderbolt) as a second monitor 27"). This calibration tool has made both monitors identical in terms of appearance. I could not be happier with the result.

I purchased the Sypder Elite because I have multiple monitors, and iPad and an iPhone and I wanted them all to be calibrated. The Elite also lets you calibrate multiple monitor so they can be accurate and display similarly. The unit is actually very small and has been design so that you don't have to hold the colorimieter against the screen with your hand. The software gives you a lot of options on how to calibrate your monitor and there was a big difference. The only downside i sthat there has not been an app update for the Elite 5, so i wil lhave to wait to calibrate my portable devices.
