Worth The Price!

I'm new to video-editing for larger projects and I had problems color-correcting accurately in Davinci Resolve (the free version). This made color-correcting so easy and simple that even I could do it! I recommend this to anyone!

Essential and Portable Color Calibration

I bought this because there were times when I want proper color calibration when I travel. It's small, compact. I actually did not use the software that came with it; rather I used Photoshop when I needed proper color calibration, and this was a color target. Previously, I used McBeth Color Card, but that is much bigger and awkward for travel.

Datacolor Spyder 24, no user friendly instructions .

Not user friendly and support online is not helpful. I exchanged for X-Rite because tons of easy to follow instructions online.

Does what it says it does. My only reservation is the storage envelope - fear it will degrade over time and stop protecting the card.

Good, but the 48-color version would be better

I've only tested the Spyder Checkr 24 and it appears to work well with Lightroom as advertised, but the 48-color version is more durable. Unfortunately, it's much more expensive compared to the 24-color version, which should be OK but not last quite as long.
