The Platform Nano Air is a wireless, battery-powered MIDI control surface that brings tactile DAW control to your setup. It features a single touch-sensitive motorized fader with 10-bit resolution, four rotary dual-function encoder knobs, and backlit buttons for Mute, Solo, Automation, and Transport control. A jog wheel and the ability to bank across tracks in groups of 8 or 1 channel at a time provide comprehensive control over your mix.
Seamless integration with most popular DAWs is ensured through Mackie Control and HUI protocols. Overlays for Cubase, Nuendo, Ableton Live, ProTools, Logic, Reason, Studio One, Bitwig, FL Studio, Adobe Audition, Digital Performer, Sonar, Samplitude, and Reaper come standard with the controller.
The Platform Nano Air can connect wirelessly to your computer via the included USB receiver or wired through USB 2.0. A built-in 3000mAh Li-ion polymer battery offers up to 6 hours of continuous operation from a full charge. A 4-color LED battery level indicator on the USB receiver provides real-time visibility of battery life while tracking in the studio.
This user-friendly device also comes with a suite of free recording software available for download upon purchase and registration. This includes the Harrison 32C Vocal Intensity Processor, a collection of features from Harrison's analog console heritage, Harrison AVA plugins, and Mixbus32C workstation. Also included are Tracktion DAW Essentials, a collection of 16 contemporary FX plugins for use with any DAW, Dotec Audio plugins for streaming, podcasting, recording, and mixing, and Bitwig Studio 8-Track, a trim and effective digital audio workstation to start producing, performing, and designing sounds like a pro.
