Clip this player
This purchase replaced a previous version of the clip player and I'm very pleased with it. I think this is my third one. I use it for exercise and after a year or two it stops working, so I replace it. That's my only complaint. Maybe if you just stuff it in your pocket all of the time it will last longer. It's so inexpensive for what you get, the short lifespan doesn't bother me all that much

Decent little device
I got this to replace a beloved and internally damaged Sansa Fuze. I use it for any portable music need - at work, at the gym, and for long car rides.
It's a pretty decent little device. I love the clip.
I appreciate that Sandisk occasionally updates the firmware - in theory, this is great. However, considering my previous experience with the Sansa Fuze, it can be used as an excuse to ship a poorly-designed user interface with the promise that it might get better in the future. The UI is decent, and certainly not as bad as the original Sansa Fuze's was. Still, I had hoped that they would have put in a little more effort.
Great things:
+ Expandable storage
+ The clip is great for jogging
+ I like having mechanical buttons
+ The price is right compared to the iPod Nano (see also, mechanical buttons)
Not so great:
- Inelegant user interface
- Complete song/album names don't fit on the tiny screen and scroll in a frustratingly limited way
- Physically, it feels a little cheap, but I haven't had it long enough to know how durable it is

Lots of music in a small package
Great for travel and sports. Both the FM radio and the MP3 work well. Good sound. Long battery life between charges. Only downside is the included ear buds have poor sound. Buy some better quality ear buds at the same time to get full benefit. And it is so small, should have bought in a bright color (black easy to lose on a "red eye" flight).
