SanDisk 5-in-1 Single Slot Memory Card R
I use the SanDisk reader for transfering my office files and downloaded programs between computers.
It works flawlessly.
Pro - An LED indicates power on and changes color when the reader is reading or writing. This is a big safety since pulling the SD card during a read or a write could cause it to fail!

OK memory reader for xD cards
I had no xD reader on my computer so this seemed like a reasonable choice. Reasonably low cost and easy to use. The xD slot in the card reader is a little small and it takes careful use to get the card into the slot, but once it is in the reader works well.
