Cannot get it to work! The USB connector is fine; the iPhone lightning connector is not recognised by the sandisk app. My iPhone is an iPhone 8plus. Tried also on iPhone 11 Pro Max - no joy there either. Requesting refund.

My iXpand does nothing to free up space on my iPhone. I can put the same files on my iCloud drive which both require me to have an internet connection to access my files unless I store them in my offline files which doesn't give me any more space on my phone. What a waste of money. What a lie. Doesn't allow to select all files, I have to select each file manually one at a time. What a waste of my time.

Trying to find a driver download for this piece of junk on your website is a joke and no your driver didn't automatically download. but it down loads from iphone just fine but you can't put it anywhere on a computer it's a joke and the last time i used it was the same thing but some how I found a driver but now there is no support for this!!!!!

These expandable storage devices are great for pictures. My iPhone never seems to have enough storage and it's nice to download photos to these flash drives for easy saving. I know this device will last and as long as I can find it my pictures will be safe on it.

This was awesome because I'm a student and it's great for on the go! I recommend for photo transfers as well as for work things I use for engineering and managing my club at my college. It's important to make sure I have one with me.

Still not clear how this works but out of the box and with the app installed it's not working. Using it to free up storage for iPad, but it doesn't work once I select all photos to copy over (öperation failed, try again later"). I'm also not sure why I'm copying photos - will that free up space? I want to move them, don't I? Maybe too many photos? but not exceeding the size of the drive, so...?

I like Sandisk products and use them frequently but this just misses the mark Not capable of transferring large amounts of photos at once. The app crashes frequently and isn't stable enough to handle more than a few hundred pics and at a time . Very easy to use, but doesn't work as well as described or as it should

I got this SanDisk iXpand? Flash Drive Go 64GB and I love it! It works great with my iPhone 11. Setting it up is very easy, I just plugged it into my iPhone and got a prompt to download the accompanying app via the Apple App Store. The app is very easy to navigate and it was simple to copy or transfer photos and files back and forth from the flash drive to and from my phone. I love that this is a very small size. Its perfect to attach to a key ring or just to keep in my pocket. It's great for home use and travel. It has two ends with a lightning and USB 3.0 connectors. Overall, this is a great little gadget and I highly recommend it! It can be used to back up your phone as well. It has various options in the app that make it all very simple to figure out. I love this little flash drive!

This SanDisk iXpand? Flash Drive Go is nice, and helpful if you have too many photos and videos on your phone that you'd like to move off. However, there are downsides like having to use the iXpand iOS app which can be glitchy (and the last thing you want when your precious photos are at stake is a glitchy app!) however once you get it working it's pretty smooth. I would recommend it if you need to store things from your phone elsewhere.

This is basically a double-ended storage that has USB on one side and a Lightning connector on the other. In this way, it can connect to a Mac/PC or an iPhone. Though presumably not at the same time. It has a user-friendly app for iPhone that works great. The form factor is very petite and is made to go on a key ring if desired. One thing to note: the USB connector is the classic kind. It would need an adapter to work on the newest Macs.

The best part is can be used with both iphone and mac or a windows. As it has the lightning port capability, really useful to take backup of all important images and files from iPhone. later you can transfer them on your laptop using the standard usb port. This makes it a breeze and was the selling point over other standard flash drives.

This thing is so great!!! It is so nice to have something at your fingertips to free up extra storage and be able to use your phone again! I take so many pictures of my dogs because, well they're adorable and I am constantly getting the storage full alert. Especially when I need it the most and this thing makes like better!!

I usually am carrying over one thousand photos on my phone. I never thought about the memory space I was using until I saw this gadget. This Sandisk Expand Flash Drive Go holds 64 GB of data including photos, videos and contacts. Videos especially eat up a lot of space on your phone. Using this product, I can take all the photos and videos that I want and then easily and quickly back them up on the iXpand Drive app which you can download from the App store. I've never used a usb storage device for my iPhone, but I've consistently ran out of space and have needed to pay for additional storage for years now. I do take a lot of photos. This sandisk flash drive is awesome! It was the first time I've used anything like it, and I'm glad it's compatible with my phone and iPad. It's incredibly easy to "install" and to use in my phone. It was easy to find the iXpand drive in the App Store too. I was pleasantly surprised to see how easy the app was to use with the flash drive. What's really nice is that my whole family can share this drive, or I can use it to share and transfer large videos to family members' devices, which previously required I transfer the video to my Mac or laptop and then back onto their individual device. The drive is pretty small and I put it on a lanyard. I wouldn't personably put it on a keychain, but you can. This is an incredibly useful device and so easy to use. 64gb is great storage capacity. I'll definitely be taking this on nature hikes with me and putting my daily photos on the flash drive to save phone storage.

It is as simple as plugging the flash drive into your phone and using the software to move the data over to the drive. The drive itself seems to be made well. My only concern is the flip slide top it has that covers the connector. I feel like it it is being stored on keys or a lanyard that is moved around alot, it may break off easily but overall it is a good device.

I have been looking for something that would backup my IPhone and allow me to transfer to a computer or save my photos in the event my phone crashes. This clever little device is a lifesaver! I needed to free space on my phone so I could take pictures and video without worrying about storage or having to delete some images. The interface is clean and intuitive, and you don't have to carry extra cables with you.

While I was able to put my photos on the flash, when I went to pull them up on my laptop (Windows 10) I was not able to see them. The flash puts the photos into a format that if I want to view the files, I have to pay to have a special app. I am VERY unhappy with this and spent a lot of money for this piece of trash. Warning - unless you only want to view on just your Ipad etc do not purchase.

It was really a solution for my old iPad, but after 6 month it bagan a have some issues; I reset it, check bad spaces with another program in my Mac.
