Currently the display is a meaningless array of pixels, looking like a snow storm. I can play the music, as long as I don't care what comes next or if each song repeats. I assume I pushed the wrong arrow at some point, but there is no way to recover without accessing the menu, which is lost in the snow.

I lost my Sansa Clip, predecessor to the Sansa Clip+, and was reluctant to replace it because I had liked it so much. After I finally called off the search, I ordered a refurbished Sansa Clip+. While initially reluctant, I can now say that I like this clip just as much as the previous Sansa Clip. I use the clip in my car, as it easily accommodates my car's auxiliary input. In particular, I enjoy importing my audiobooks onto the clip for the longer road trips. I also use the clip when I exercise. The clip even has an FM tuner, so I can tune into the television's audio at the gym (runs on FM signals).

This unit coupled with a tape player adapter meant we could upgrade the car's audio system without completely replacing it. The audio quality is great. But the volume level needs frequent adjusting.

I love Sansa products. My last Sansa MP3 player was also a refurb, and died after over three years of use. The tiny Sansa Clip is simply wonderful and a great value.

CD player in car has failed and I did not want to invest in new unit. This car is my daily "beater". Unit does have a cassette drive and I bought a $2.00 3.5mm adapter at the swap meet to use as the interface .

I had a 2gb of this player but it broke so when I looked for a replacement I saw this 4gb for a good price. It's the best player you can get for this price and it just does the job.
